My average college life
Likes
- I like the infratructure of our campus it is well built have a certain aesthetic to it but it can be improved very easily by simple things like more plants etc. Campus life is not half bad my friends and all elevate the college experience
- The cafeteria and all provide really good food especially the canteen near our deoartment has a really good egg puffs and other stuffs also pretty good
Dislikes
- Main thing i like about not our entire college but our department is the washroom for all the students in 1,2,3 years there is one toilet which is like three urinals which is fine if there are only boys but since last year female students are also admitted for our course due to which they had to change their class to another hakk for easy access to bathroom
- The cafeteria staffs can work a bitt on their hospitality.
Remarks :
The main reason i choose this college is beacuse it is closer to my home making it easier for me . Also it is a prestigious college well know around me .Some of the good aspects are faculty ,affordability etc and bad aspects are not enough programs .The admission process is pretty simple we had to fill out a form along with a copy of our adhaar , rationcard, caste certficate and 12th and 10th original certficates for verification.we did not have any grouo discussion or personal interviews but had to talk to the vice principal and Hod of the department before admission being allowed alsoe had to pay 11000 during the admission process
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course (bsc physics ) because i am interested in the world around me and look forward to learing more by aiming for masters and Phd .The qualification of the faculty are checked by the managaement we had an Hod ,ass Hod and about ten professors who were qualified good teachers and mentors who helped me through all my academic journey.Semester exams and term exams were conducted regularly at the end of each sem we had a model exam and the main exam for either 70 or 80 marks for them rest of the marks 20 or 30 were internal marks based on assignements , projects ,attendenece etc
Internships Opportunities :
I still haven't opted for any beacuse we are stilk not informed about anything availabele most likely the projects will be based on basic electronic like forming a electric circuit to form a stable electronic equipment which is pretty since its only the basic stuff
Placement Experience :
Elgibility criteria starts from having no supllies ofcourse and students who have cleared certain online courses gets favoured more beacuse of more skills in computer language like oython etc . No offers were made for me as i am still only in 4th semester but i think i will be approached during the start of the 5th semester . Interneships were introduced for ours course 2 years ago but due to syllabus change its removed for my juniors our internship will be this month or the next i am looking forward to it . According to the information i currently have students can either find and internship for themselves or the department will provide them with one most likely with KSEB since we study electronics in our course.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Our college had an admission fee of about 11000 Rs and then a each sem we have a normal sem fee an additional fee for lab and sometime we have union fees the normal fee is about 6000 but for me due to obc consetions a part of it is paid by the government as grantz the amount is deposited to my bank account which i then use to pay the union fee is every year for the newly elected union which is about 900 Rs and we have exam registration fee of about 120 for every semester exams
Campus Life :
Most of the programs or fests in the college are counducted on even number sem like 2,4,6 etc that is frim October-march the main programs are union day,youth festival,sports day ,arts day etc and other cultural programs like onam and otger holidays are alose celebrated like christamas etc.smaller scake programs are organsied by clubs on stages around the college like dances,plays etc also the film club hosts movies every now and then in the theatre for free . departments also organise programs like fests ,exhibitions and talent shows
Hostel Facilities :
I personally don't know anything about hostel or hostel life but heard from the hostel facilities are pretty good wardens are strict like they should be for the students good there are study time all that stuff food is not bad its not exceptionally good either .

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
