Remarks :

This college was close to my home town and it also has good ratings It also has good international connections And it had the course I wanted to pursue The infrastructure of the campus was quite good which made me be interested in the campus The faculty is quite good .

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is very hectic and u get to learn alot through the course The faculty are pretty good but we should make sure we go them and ask questions and stuff The faculty is mostly graduates from NID We have 8 semesters in total that is 4 years and we also have to do internships after every eveb course.

Internships Opportunities :

No I haven't gone to any internship through my campus but I did register to an internship as it was compulsory to get an social internship in 2nd semester I was in an Intership with muskhurahat Foundation.

Placement Experience :

As a desing student dint prefer to go through the college and we are encouraged to do internships by ourselves as it gives more exposure However other schools like bba and btech do have good internships and placement offers.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The total fee is around 2.4lakhs The rest of the fees is for hostel Food laundry ect The hostel fees is 60k for ac and 30k for non ac The laundry fees is 20k Other than this we also have a alot of expenses for our materials for classes

Campus Life :

The social life at woxsen can ne both lively and dull depending upon the time of the year Most of the time everyone knows each other with some or the other reason We have alot of fest that are conducted every year There are different clubs that u can choose accordi g to ur interests The events cam be a bit expensive There clubs for art dance and music as well There debate team school clubs ect They also encourage us to participate for diffrent events outside like hackathos ect There is a huge sports area There three gyms and a fifa level football ground Badminton tennis volleyball basketball courts are also there There is huge cricket ground Atwell There is a big library as well in which both online and offline books are available.

Hostel Facilities :

It's a residential college so mostly everyone lives in college All the amenities are provided The food is pretty good however we do face some issues like isects in food and cooked well ect but mostly these get solved pretty fast We have a good menu where it is chicken 3 times a week Eggs everymornig with other breakfast And eggs are also given 2 others time in a week The hostel rooms are pretty good with good views and good ventilation but we do face pest problem and water problems. There is not diffrent method to apply for hostle as it is a part of the package however if u have any reason to be a day scholar then there is doff process. The hostels are very clean and the maids come to clean every alternative day

A glimpse of MRUH

Placement Experience :

The campus placements are good and there are companies coming in every year for fresh talent but it all comes down to our talent. We are provided with an opportunity but we have to work for it ourselves.

Not so great

Placement Experience :

Placements and Internships The placement opportunities at my college are average, with a limited number of companies visiting the campus every year. Students who maintain a good academic record and possess strong technical and communication skills have better chances of getting placed. Generally, students with no active backlogs and a minimum academic percentage as specified by the recruiting company are eligible to participate in campus placements. A few recruiters visit the college for hiring, mainly for entry-level roles in software, IT support, and core engineering domains. However, the number of offers is limited, and only around 40–50% of students secure campus placements. The average salary package offered ranges from ?3–4 LPA, while the highest package varies depending on the company and the student's performance. The college also encourages students to apply for paid internships, which help them gain practical industry experience and improve their technical skills

Learning, coding, and growing everyday

Placement Experience :

I am still in my second year, so I havent sat for placements yet. But the college starts preparing us early with coding practice, projects, aptitude training, resume building sessions, and mock interviews. FRom interacting with seniors, I have heard that students who stay consistent with their skills get good opportunities

Where learning meets industry

Placement Experience :

One good thing is that placements aren't treated as something that only matters in the final year. From the early semesters we are encouraged to build projects, improve our coding skills, and create a strong resume. That gives us enough time to prepare instead of rushing later. The college also shares internship opportunities and guides students through the application process. There are resume reviews, mock interviews, and career sessions that help us understand what companies expect. I feel the support is there throughout the journey, the more effort you put in, the more you can benefit from these opportunities.

A satisfying learning journey

Placement Experience :

Best part is the college doesn't wait until the final year to talk about careers. We get opportunities to work on projects, improve our coding, build resumes, and attend interview preparation sessions from the early semesters. Internship opportunities are shared regularly and the college guides students through the application process. This has helped me gain practical experience and understand what companies expect.

Learning, growth and great memories

Placement Experience :

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT

Placement Experience :

Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.

College life beyond classroom

Placement Experience :

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

A great place to meet like minded people

Course Curriculum Overview :

One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. We get to practice what we learn through coding, assignments, and small projects, which makes the subject easier to understand. The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.
