- The best thing about this college is how it's built . The nature surrounding us the campus everything is just chefs kiss
- The diverse faculties and events are one of the best things in the college
Dislikes
- Nothing as such but one thing that could be done better is the cafeteria washrooms to ss it is the most commonly used washroom but in the worst condition
- No washrooms in the CHEF M.S. GILL HOAPITALITY STUDIO
Remarks :
We had to give an interview to get in the college and it wasn't very difficult of a process to get in the college because our course does not have too many options The interview went well and when I visited I liked how the kichens and bakery area looked and imagined myself working there
Course Curriculum Overview :
Everything is well managed we love our faculty Jagran school of hospitality and tourism . The head of our school is supportive and creates a good and learning atmosphere for each of us . We also have multiple individual activities in our school And the teachers create a lovely working experience
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid 65000 for course fee 35000 for seat booking 48000 for mess and 56000 for hostel The college gives scholarship to people who score 90% + in boards Ther eia a sports scholarship as well There are multiple scholarships There is a 10% scholarship for people who scored over 80% in boards
Campus Life :
There are multiple clubs and club activities that happen each month Events do take place but they are really not that great this year The library is well maintained and up to date with multiple books according to each course There is also Lakecity voice operated by the students and Lakecity fc the football team of the college
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel infrastructure and mess facility is good but the common washrooms are objected by many Campus should also be equipped with general store and pharmacy as it is so far away from the city side . It is well maintained with a nurse and outing facility thrice each week

This course was the amazing combination of art and medical science you need to be perfect in both the things. Most amazing and adventurous field ever . Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University
Placement Experience :
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
