- Law school as a department is a great department which i genuinely love as we have our faculty helping us out with anything and everything. We have some really good faculty
- I have found great friends. Presidency is the campus where you will meet all kinds of people and you will find the kind of people you vibe with
Dislikes
- I genuinely hate the fact that we have a dress code. The dress code for girls is either kurti(no sleeveless or net kurtis) saree and formal shirts with pants and for boys it is formal shirt tucked in with formal pants. It's mandatory for boys to tuk in thier shirts, we have proctors standing all around the campus taking away ID cards from boys who do not have thier shirt tucked in.
- The other thing i really do not like is the DSA and it's clubs as they will promise you on duty attendance get the work done from you and later in when you need that attendance as you fall below 75 percent and can't write your exams they will not help you and instead give you excuses over why they can't give you attendance
Remarks :
The reason I'm in presidency law school is because it is cheap. I got into many other colleges but the fee was a minimum of 3lpa. Admissions was simple you need either a clat or lsat score and there will be an interview, the interview will not be that hard if you are good with the syllabus you studied for clat or lsat
Course Curriculum Overview :
Law was always a backup option for me but my faculties make me enjoy my course are they are extraordinarily good at teaching. Every three months mid terms are conducted they hold 25 percent weightage on your grades and 3 months after the mid terms end terms are conducted holding 50 percent weightage on your grades
Internships Opportunities :
I have no opted for an internship thriugh college till date but i will be applying to karnataka state legal services clinic through my college this year. I have do internships in other firms but i have not got in them through college
Placement Experience :
The placements in presidency are decent with a minimum of 12lpa packages the highest was 24lpa in law school companies like oracle etc come for placements but you can not sit for placements if you have a GPA below 7 and any backlogs or summerterms
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee for ballb is 140000 and for bcom.llb is 125000 this fee remains the same every year and there shall be no increase. While enrolling you are offered a cut off of upto 20000 depending on how much your percentage is and you can avail such cutt off of if you have over 85 percent
Campus Life :
Presidency campus is decent and is still under construction please do not get fooled bybthe picture they have on the website it is only the exterior. Law school clubs are worth participating in as they hold some weight on your CV except for that no other club is actually worth it. Library is also decent we have two libraries one law school Library and the other is the general Library
Hostel Facilities :
I opted for hostel in my first year and it was an extremely underwhelming experience. The hostel is very conservative with rules like girls are not allowed to wear shorts in common areas such as the mess. We have a common walkway with the boys that leads to the hostel from the main gate and in this walkway boys and girls are not allowed to even talk to each other. The in time for girls is 6pm and let's also reiterate that the hostel is a minimum 25 kilometers away from the main city. I will not recommend hostel at all. Even the food is not good. I personally had to get drips after every other meal I've eaten in that mess.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
MSc Physics at Christ
Course Curriculum Overview :
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
