the main factor that made me join this college is this college has a great history and it is within the city. the college has beautiful greenery.there are 2 exams for getting admission into this college , one is through AP EAPCET and the other is AUEET.
I do chose this course because I'm really interested into computers. the faculty teaches well . faculty includes professors and research scholors. the semester duration is about 5 months and the difficulty level of examination is moderate. But only thing is sometimes classes gets cancelled .
I'm in 2nd year of college so i did not get any internships upto now. the same companies which i mentioned above offer internship opportunities. the roles offered are SDE and developer and data analyst.
from 6th semester you are eligible for placement and the minimum gpa required is 7 mostly. Companies visited are Infosys, TCS, J.P Morgan , Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Concentrix etc. most of the offers are made by TCS and Infosys. the highest package offered is 84 lpa from atlassian . 70 % get placed. If i've not get placed then I might go for further studies.
Tuition fees for every year is 2 lakhs . In first year it is 208000 (including the admission fee). the registration fee for every semester exams is 1350 in 1st year and later it is 900. other students who had their admission through eamcet counselling have less fees compared to AUEET.
Fests conducted once in a year. It is called the department day . it is mostly conducted in the month of december or january. Not every book student needs is available in library. there is smart board in every classroom from the second years.there are many clubs such as dance , music, theatres, art, tech, sports etc. the tech related club named Codeiam is run by the students and all the other clubs also. Tuft is an app run by the students where all the materials regarding the subjects are provided.
I am a day scholar so I do not know much about the hostel life but from my friends experience i came to know that the food quality is good . mess fee is 90/- per day and the hostel fees is 13000 per year. the Hostel rooms were not spacious and there is no cupboard/ wardrobe .
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.
The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.
Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.
The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month. The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.
In my college, the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
Job opportunities are countless for the students who are skilled. Both software and core jobs placements can be observerved in a wide range. Many multi national companies like deloitte, infosys, snovasys, TCS, Accenture are tied up with the campus for conducting drives.
placements are good compared to many other college in the area. many companies like deloitte , hexaware , moldtek, ctrls, zf technologies, accenture , infosys, tcs, coditas, rithwik enterprises recruit every year from our college
There are good placements are going on on this university to crack a job interviews and minimum packages are got by some and most got more packages and the more more companies are coming to this university and when we have skill and discipline only we get placement job otherwise we won't get job.
