Remarks :

Thers's really no particular reason to choose this college. MGIT has bothe the good and the bad aspects in all the possible ways. Good thing about this college is that the faculty here. They are well stuffed with the subject and helpful to the students in all the aspects. Faculty do encourage the students to take part in various activities and to participate in workshops, hackathons and many more. The infrastructure of the college is quiet cool with greenery and provided canteen for everyone with affordable prices. The security in the college is good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course i have choosen is Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineeering. There is a particular reason for me to choose this course. It has both the options we can choose either the software or the hardware. It provides oppurtunities not only in the IT-Sector but also provides n number of other oppurtunities including the government sector. The faculty is aslo very good and the teaching is well understandable. Before the final exams, mid-term examinations are conducted in the mid-semester.

Internships Opportunities :

Currently I haven't opted any internship but eventually I will be opting in the future. There are many companies that provide internships with stipend. Top companies approach the college to provide oppurtunities for students which include Salesforce, Goldman Sachs and many more. Projects are done in every semester by all the students mandatorily.

Placement Experience :

Finally the most important part of every college life is the placements. All the students are eligible for the placements in MGIT as they have good aptitude and subject. Many top companies approach the college to provide placements to the students including TCS, Wipro, Infosys and many more. The average package in the Electronics and Communication Engineering department is 1000000 per annum. 90% of the students are placed every year. Interested students take part in the placements and students having plans of higher studies go for that.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (MGIT) is quiet economical compared to other private engineering colleges. A student is required to pay 160000/- per with and if the student is having e-pass scholarship then they are provided with a 35000 riembursement which is benificial to students. In addition to the tuition fees, library fees has to be paid which is 5000/-. The examination fees is quiet low compared to other private engineering colleges which is of 2000/- for all the courses. B Category students are also allowed whose fee structure varies from the convener category. Merit students with good ranking in the EAMCET are given full riembursement and need to pay only the library fees.

Campus Life :

The campus life at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology is not that so extra-ordinary but it is filled with fun, entertainment, sorrows and everything included. Major fest held at MGIT is NIRVANA which is held annually every year. Students take part in extra-curricular activities during the fest. Sports are held, performances are given by students and also prizes are distributed in appreciation. The college is also provided with a library which gives access of many books and journals to the students. Classrooms and laboratories are well-equipped. Clubs are a part of the MGIT.

Hostel Facilities :

The most disappointing thing is that college is not provided with a girl's hostel in the campus unlike boys. So eventually most of the students opt for private hostels and PG's nearby college. The accommodation is good and the food is nutritious. As the college is located in Gandipet, most of the students opt for hostels in and near Gandipet.

Where learning meets industry

Placement Experience :

One good thing is that placements aren't treated as something that only matters in the final year. From the early semesters we are encouraged to build projects, improve our coding skills, and create a strong resume. That gives us enough time to prepare instead of rushing later. The college also shares internship opportunities and guides students through the application process. There are resume reviews, mock interviews, and career sessions that help us understand what companies expect. I feel the support is there throughout the journey, the more effort you put in, the more you can benefit from these opportunities.

A satisfying learning journey

Placement Experience :

Best part is the college doesn't wait until the final year to talk about careers. We get opportunities to work on projects, improve our coding, build resumes, and attend interview preparation sessions from the early semesters. Internship opportunities are shared regularly and the college guides students through the application process. This has helped me gain practical experience and understand what companies expect.

Learning, growth and great memories

Placement Experience :

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT

Placement Experience :

Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.

College life beyond classroom

Placement Experience :

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

A great place to meet like minded people

Course Curriculum Overview :

One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. We get to practice what we learn through coding, assignments, and small projects, which makes the subject easier to understand. The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.

What it's really like studing at NIAT

Placement Experience :

Since our batch hasn't reached final placements yet, I can't talk about placement results. But the college has already started preparing us through coding pratice, resume building sessions, mock interviews, and career guidance. Internship opportunities are shared regularly, and students are encouraged to apply from the early semesters itself. I like that the focus in on building our skills first instead of waiting until the final year. I feel this preparation will really help us when placement season begins.

My experience at NIAT

Placement Experience :

NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.

A Complete Review of JNTUH: Opportunities and Campus Life

Placement Experience :

Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
