Online interviews were conducted, since it's a new college they were quite receptive to people who wanted to join but also had strict screening processes. I chose this college because it was a little far from city so less distraction per say and the research scope of faculty was good so yes.
So this might come as a plus or minus depending on how you use it, you actually have an option to actively suggest and recommended courses that you might feel is relevant and if also approved by the faculty it can be added to the syllabus if majority approves. Plus you get to also take electives from other departments you are interested and take up courses for example you might be doing BSc psychology but you also find python interesting so you might choose that as an elective.
The internship opportunities and the opening for doing an internship during college especially in masters comes during the second year where there's a dedicated semester where you go off and do internships in various places.
Students who score about 85% in all semesters have guaranteed placements with the college having mou with various companies, job fairs etc keep happening rotationally to provide maximum exposure for the students. After getting the degree my plan is to join Nishans for further education
So comes around 30000 in total when you consider hostel etcetera it might go upto 5 lakhs. If you also consider facts like food etc it can come upto 6 thousand per month depending on your expenses. The food should be bought separately or you can have mess card.
Soo they have a pretty good infrastructure with all the necessary facilities in place, with a student mart, domino's, a bakery and a canteen plus a student mess where you get meals for subsidised rates! The only con might be the fact it's 40 kms away from the main city, but the campus really gives you the space to get grounded and focus on specializing in your field with good faculty. Plus the students are from all over the country so there's good amount of exposure as well.
Soo I stay in the hostel and I find it really nice, the facilities provided are very clean and great. The hostel room gets cleaned almost twice in a day by the staff, you should apply for the hostel when you're finishing up your admission process, since the hostel is inside the campus itself it's very comfortable.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
