My cousin , who’s really successful in life rn studied from this college , the good aspects that it has , it had good life until some strictness and as introduced by the new president , the cut off was earlier high but nowadays any kind of people get in this college , you can either get into this college based on your 12th %age or jee %ile or the college enters exam called Manipal Entrance Exam.
Choosing this course was because I had the slightest of interest in computers compared to everything else . Most faculty don’t care about anything , they just teach and leave the class , some are good. .
I’m still in starting of 2nd year and I’ve not opted for any internship , I have to still see , I’ve got some blood connections which would help me go through this but I wanna do something on my own as well.
It’s very average , not any good or better than most of the colleges , and even companies do not prefer campus hiring nowadays. There is a gpa criteria to sit for companies but it doesn’t really matter how your Gpa is , my avg gos is going around 7- 7.5 , the companies which were actually good have stopped coming .
The normal fees per year when I enrolled in 2023 for BTech CSE was 3,87,000 . For this year student it has increased . The fees for other courses as well has increased as they need money to expand their campus buildings .
Social life is alright. A lot of rude people over here but a lot of good too . A lot of clubs over here but realised it’s just a game of politics and time management waste . It’s good to socialise but it’s not the only thing to socialise.
Hostel infrastructure is good and mess is alright . The fees is like too much around 2 lakh + 70000 mess fees and for the gym seperately , they provide good things but overcharge them a lot which is not a good thing .

I am not into placement and job opportunities by my course I am preparing for a government exam hence I need a degree for that On the other hand as it is a government college There are high chances of placements with good packages
Its an 100% placement college with internships opportunities at 7th semester The college gives details mock questions whick can be asked during interviews sessions. The college even have great company opportunities
I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams
Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.
You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.
our course first batch is still not gradutaed so there is no info about placements but there is such help in internship. they also told that they will give placment asiistance from their side , lets see
The internship experience is provided by college . Many recruiters came for recruitments every year in all the streams. companies like HUL and FMCG groups take their fresh employees and provide experience of salary basis.
I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college
Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.
There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
