- Assignment Workload on the students is too high they always busy in preparing their assignment and other requirements
- 80% attendance is compulsory for being eligible to sit in exam
Remarks :
I heard the name of KGMU since childhood and it's achievements is great and it is the hub for medical students to learn and practice so I chose this college on these basis I gave entrance exam conducted by ABVMU and my AIR is 99 so I got selected easily in this college
Course Curriculum Overview :
This course provides better job opportunities after completion of the course and it is a professional course which which provides knowledge and skill to the students to achieve milestones in the future Faculty of the college is well qualified and experienced and knowns how to teach students There are 2 mid terms and 1 semester exam in every 6 months and exam is moderately difficult
Internships Opportunities :
There is no internships program in our college we need to find jobs by self college only provides degree after that we need to get enrolled in state nursing council for licence and wait for vacancies to apply jobs
Placement Experience :
There is no placement opportunities in this college we need to get jobs by ourselves college only provide better learning and skills to shape our future. We need to wait for vacancies to apply for jobs in central and state hospital and if want to join private hospitals
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The first year fees of OBC,SC and ST students is 34600 and for general students is 40600 which include tution fees, caution money, library fees, hostel fees, development fees, marksheet fees The fees for 2nd year ,3rd year and 4th year is 19900 which include hostel fees also
Campus Life :
There is a freshers party for the first year batch which is organised by their seniors after 2- 3 months of admission mainly in the month of November or December Annual sports day is organised by college for students and faculty inthe month of December and one annual fest is organised by senior batches called as Rhapsody in the month of October Library is full with latest journals and books which is available for all students and faculty and also available at online at college website College is equipped with overhead projector and mic and speakers and ACs seats are comfortable to sit There is one sports event in the month of 8 organised by college for the students and faculty. There is one student nurse association which is form by the students of KGMU to help students regarding problems.
Hostel Facilities :
There are 2 mess in the hostel which provides good quality of food and also with different varieties on daily basis Registration process of hostel starts with the admission process and fees is submitted with college fees and hostel is alloted to the students with 1 week. 1 room is alloted to 3 students and 3 beds 2 almirah and 2 fans are there in the rooms. My hostel is located in Khadra which is 1 km away from the main campus

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
