- i like about the college having lots of greeneries and shades. also having a nice photo spots everywhere. infrastructure is average because it is old building only some are new. campus is free. they allow to go outside during lunch.
- you have many options to eat outside there is a mall 1.3kms far from college, many cafes there around college.
Dislikes
- some of the faculties are worst they are very rude to students and also dont have proper knowledge
- placement policy is worse . placement officer is so biased.
Remarks :
the admission process was quite long. they gave preference to students who scored highest mark. they asked us to fill form which cost Rs.100. this college have 2 campuses. the 2nd campus is far from coimbatore city. when first campus is filled, they ask students to join 2nd campus. this college has a good reputation, so the admission gets filled soon.so when you have the idea to join here you have to come first. i came for admission after 7 days so i waited for 7 days to get admission. i came for general B.com but it was filled already so i chose B.com CA. because of self-finance course i don't have necessary to write cuet exam. but college have told to students from aided course to attend cuet exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this course because i didn't got general B.com. Most of the faculty have done PH. D and some of them are pursuing PH. D and also working as teaching assistant.i dont know about other departments. but in my department, they don't even use projector to teach. my class tutor is taking accounting subject. she doesn't even use class board to teach accounts. some professors don't have knowledge in subject, but they pretend. and some of them teaches very good. they conduct 2 internal assessments before semester they conduct internal assessment for 60 marks the time duration is 2 hours. they conduct internals after every 2 month of semester year starts. In semester they conduct exam for 100 marks which is 10 one words for 10 marks. 5 questions for 6 marks and 5 paragraph questions for 12 marks. Time duration is 3 hours. exam difficulty is moderate because 3 hours is not enough to complete 100 marks examination. we have to attend all questions within 3 hours.
Internships Opportunities :
this college doesn't offered any internships. we only have to look for internships. internship have to be done at the end of second year holidays. some departments tell students to complete internship at the end of first year.
Placement Experience :
placement policy is worst in this college. once you have placed in one company you cannot attend upcoming company. very less companies visit college. often recruiters are kgisl, rnd softech, tcs etc.. their plan is to make students to get placed. so percentage of students getting placed is around 60%. but very less companies visit to college. you cannot expect a big four , mnc or reputed companies here. i got placed for 2lpa. but after that some companies offering good packages came. but the placement officer didnt allow me to attend further company because she made a deal with a company which i got placed that she provides 100%conversion rate to that respective company. my plans is to get a good job. if you want to get placed in a good company and looking for good and many opportunities please dont join this college. if you have idea of doing post graduation this college is fine due to its affordability.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the semester fee for b.com computer application 2022-2025 is Rs.18300, exam fee cost around Rs.1800 for per semester, the brokerage fee is Rs.100. here the admission fees cost around Rs.20000 excluding uniform fee. as per my course they gave preference for highest mark students in 12th also they give preference for sports quota. fee increases 1000-2000 for upcoming batches they don't provide scholarship for self-finance course as my course is self-finance. they help students from tamilnadu government school who studied from 6th-12th in government school to get government scholarship which is pudhumai pen scholarship offered by tamilnadu government. they have a special reserve quota for assamese.
Campus Life :
this college conduct two main fests. they conduct kalaivizha a cultural program conducts different competition. another one is avegha which is intercollege meet conducts various competitions exclusively for women.they also celebrate pongal and onam. they conduct sports intramurals every year. various department conducts many competitions the college have a vast library having thousands of books which is easily accessible using id card.in my department all classes have 4 fans, lights, vast bench and desk, board and projector. but sometimes some laptops can't connect with it. there is a restroom in every floor. in my college they have various club to encourage students, but some clubs are not actively working. when you join this college, you have to compulsorily participate in nss or ncc or sports.this college is situated in the heart of the city so students can easily access public transport. no bus facility for 1st campus but the 2nd campus is far from city, but they have bus facility.
Hostel Facilities :
they provide only vegetarian food. food is average. the hostel fees are 48,000 per year and the mess fee is 4000. they cut the cost when you go home for holidays. i heard that outside hostel is more affordable and some of the hostel provides good food

Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
