Remarks :
No there is no certaion or special tests to get admissions in that college . There are serval good and bad aspects the teachers are highly educated and knowledgeable the fee is comparitively low compared to other colleges
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was intrested in cooking and was scared of maths there is no speific subject as maths but full of calculations and got a lot of clinical knowlegde values of nutrition the course is helpfull for both food industry as well as hospital jobs etc the teaching is by using powerpoint chalk and board method etc semseter wise exams are conducted
Internships Opportunities :
None of the companies and roles offered under internships with stipend they wont provide any of the internships we have to found ourselves and they wont provide stipend to students the internship will be just for one month
Placement Experience :
To know the eligilibility criteria fod placement there is no special placement for this particular course in the college this courses provides us a brief introduction to the subject not in dept so masters is required after bsc for mors knowlegde
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fees paid was 36000 for three years differently and no other fees where paid . There are concessions for sc st students , the college provides different scholarships liks postmatric , bedi scholarships etc. in the above mentioned amount 36000 it includes tution fee caution fee registration fee lab fees admission fees development fees etc
Campus Life :
Besant college has a huge library in thd b basement and one more for evening college students there are several formal nd non formal prgrms like annual day sports farewell holi onam parliment etc well occupied class rooms with powerpoint facilities , several clubs like soft skill based , enterprenurship developments clubs etc

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
