Remarks :
Kgmu college of nursing is a good college with a great exposure and a nice brand name in while up , but there are some cons also in the college regarding some faculty and some other things which needs to be improved
Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum is well designed but needs some improvement , there are some useless rules like if you fails after 4th semester in a college you have to first clear it then you can give next semester paper . This is the worst rule and should be changed .
Internships Opportunities :
Internship in provided in the course after the end of 6 months in the college's hospital and the whole semester is accompained by practice only and no exams . While each year gave you a experience of certain area .
Placement Experience :
There is no placement and job from college whether you can opt job by yourself and qualifying the exams like norcet , jipmer , kgmu , uppsc etc to get job of nursing officer or nursing tutor to teach in college

Nursing students who are taking admission in the academic session 2020-21 Category General Rs. 48,100/- (With Hostel) Rs. 43,200/- (Without Hostel) Category OBC/SC/ST Rs. 42100/- (With Hostel) Rs. 37200/- (Without Hostel) Note: The Fees will be deposited in the form Demand Draft in favour of Finance officer, KGMU, UP Lucknow.
Campus Life :
Campus life is good and good study environment with good faculty support . There is a good exposure of diseases in the hospital which provides a nice experience to students for there skill development and knowledge.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel was previously very very bad but this year it improved so much , painting and renovation is done this year , mess is also okyy but the quality of food provided is not good , students now make their own food in their rooms

The college also give me internship and placement opportunities to learn practically to know the how the company works. I also get the internship in noida in den publication company and their is very good experience i learnt to so much things new .

our course is not for placement , you will get job in many library as per your degree , if you want grad a jobs you have complete PHD in library science . there is no campuss placement in this college for this course . most of student do mlis and UGN net after blis and some of them prepare for government like JNV and asst librarioan posts

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

The placement are nice, this year the Highest package was of 60 Lakh and the Average package was of 5.4 Lakh. There are a lot of internships oppourtinity also so you get to experience Industry work during you 3rd year which gives you a heads up.

It's a private college so we can't expect something great we need to manage our studies ourselves . Teachers are quite confused for whatever they teach. The environment is also not that good. I would suggest that you can get a better college from this
