Likes
- College infrastructure is good, all of the classes are big and ventilated, there are many types of well built labs like Computer labs, Chemistry Labs, Physics Lab, Mechanical Labs, Electronics Labs, Electrical Labs, Workshops etc.
- Campus life is good there is a very big ground, canteen sitting area, basketball court and just too much space and a huge college it is
Dislikes
- The faculties should be specialized according to the subjects of AIML, which is lacking but the faculties are extremely cooperative and helping
- You might wanna stay away from some people who might get a lil aggressive too soon, so mind your own business make friends but stay away from these illiterate people, every engineering college has these people, it’s a trend now
Remarks :
This college was in the same city where i lived and my parents wanted for me to stay here, hence this college, and no i did not face any sort of tests while entering this college, although there was interaction with the HOD of my department and my parents talked with them, I did too, then we decided to go forward with the decision
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning a specialization course under Computer Science Branch, because AI is the upcoming best most inventive and innovative subject As for the faculties, there is a little problem, tho the teaching is good, but qualified faculties for all the subjects are not available. For the exams, they’re in quite the orderly fashion no delays nothing, and exams are moderately difficult.
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for campus placement is 6 cgpa on avg and 60 above in 10 and 12 Visiting recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Tekion which gave 33 LPA package where 3 students got placed and lowest package goes to 1LPA or sometimes below that
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
no the fees hasnt been increasing over the year, there’s an extra transport fee of 25000-30000 depending upon the location, and a 2000 activity fee, for the events college provides, and other maintenance and development charges the college cuts, but all in all it’s not very heavy on pockets.
Campus Life :
Many events happen in college, but the main cultural fest, named RESONANCE, is held once a year, between feb-mar, and for 3 days continuous events are happening for whole 72 hours and students are accommodated within the college premises, in the hostels and other arrangements are made, in this event there’s a lot of sports activities and clubs and all types of catering , DJ’s, Concerts, Proms and many more activities to participate in.

I am not into placement and job opportunities by my course I am preparing for a government exam hence I need a degree for that On the other hand as it is a government college There are high chances of placements with good packages

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college

Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.

As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
