- Faculty is not very good .there are inexperienced lecturers
- The campus is too small to roam around there should have been more space and more playgrounds
Remarks :
Its affiliated to one of the best university in karnataka (VTU).its located in a lovely place (chikmagalur ).its very easy to acces for rural areas around chikmagalur at the best affordable cost,admissions are done through collage (management),also through CET.

Why I Chose This Course: I chose the Electronics and Communication Engineering course because of my strong interest in technology, electronics, and communication systems. The teaching methods are a mix of traditional lectures, hands-on lab work, and real-world problem-solving assignments, which help bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and their practical applications. Additionally, the use of modern tools and technologies in the curriculum has enhanced the learning experience. Timeliness of Term Exams and Difficulty Level: The term exams are conducted on time as per the academic schedule, which ensures that the course progresses smoothly. The exams are designed to assess both theoretical knowledge and practical understanding.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes,i did a internship with a company named loginware in bangalore. It was a software building company which provided softwares to indusrties to analyse data.role was offerd as a developer and stipend was 5000 a month.we were tasked to write a code for a software that was used to calculate and regulate electricity being used by machinaries
Placement Experience :
Placements are moderate compared to really good engineering collages.lot of people get placed every year for an average of 6LPA .usually peaple gets placed in tech firms loacted in bangalore. Usual companies are TCS, Accenture, TVS, etc. highest is 12LPA,avg 6LPA.nearly 50 percent of students get placed.im planning to write GATE exam and go for MTECH

Campus Life :
Campus is small but beautiful ???? there is a lot of greenery.all the bulidings are beautiful.its got a dedicated parking lot for students and staff.its got all playgrounds and good eating places. People at this place are real friendly.cillage offers a bus service which is really good
Hostel Facilities :
Yes hostel is good specially food.egg and non-veg is served once in a week and a sweet for dessert too.washroom quality is not bad the rooms are very good except there are no fans in rooms.security is excellent although not very satisfying for for 70000 hostel fee a year

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
