- Our campus has lots of dogs it's not a bad thing they even take care but I am not a dog lover so I dislike that there are many dogs
Remarks :
The main factor for joining gitam is it's scholarship you get full scholarship based on your entrance exam marks and it helped me alot financially and the second factor is it's free culture were you get good placement and good exposure
Course Curriculum Overview :
You have many options for courses we even have open electives were we can study others subjects from different branches which will help us alot in our cv they teach you all the subjects which are need for our future development and the faculty is also nice everyone is experienced and has very good qualification
Internships Opportunities :
No till date I have not done any internship but I have heard we get good opportunities in internship too because we have a good cv becayour college provides with all the knowledge so in future I will get internship in a nice company too
Placement Experience :
There are good placements offered by our university the highest package of our campus is 60 lacs per annum we have lot of companies every student with good percentage gets places and there is no scarcity of placements in our college
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So for ece it's 270000 for the 1st year you can get a scholarship and your fee will be reduced according to the marks you got their will be a percentage for each marks range it's gitam admission test ( GIT ) There are no other charges except tution fee everything is included
Campus Life :
The social life is great everyone in the campus is very friendly you can enjoy the campus life it is covered in greenary we have lots of facilities our canteen food is great and we have lot of events and many sports and clubs to take part in

Students who maintain a good academic record and possess strong technical and communication skills have better chances of getting placed. Generally, students with no active backlogs and a minimum academic percentage as specified by the recruiting company are eligible to participate in campus placements. A few recruiters visit the college for hiring, mainly for entry-level roles in software, IT support, and core engineering domains. However, the number of offers is limited, and only around 40–50% of students secure campus placements. The average salary package offered ranges from ?3–4 LPA, while the highest package varies depending on the company and the student's performance. The college also encourages students to apply for paid internships, which help them gain practical industry experience and improve their technical skills

I am still in my second year, so I havent sat for placements yet. But the college starts preparing us early with coding practice, projects, aptitude training, resume building sessions, and mock interviews. FRom interacting with seniors, I have heard that students who stay consistent with their skills get good opportunities

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
College life beyond classroom

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
A great place to meet like minded people

They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.
