Remarks :
Yes there will be an exam if we selected in the exam conducted by VIT privately then you will be having councelling according to the counselling results you will be allocated to one of the 4 branches ..the second way is to get higher marks in EAPCET EXAM and choose vit as priority in counselling. As it is the university I didn't get the actual marks to get in govt University so I preferred vit in my counselling
Course Curriculum Overview :
We can choose the courses and faculties on our interests this is the best part of our college , the semester may completes within 4 months and I have choosen my management course and my core subjects.
Internships Opportunities :
I have opted for the ethnus company as an intern and we as a team have worked on the web page development and that is on the mental health care system using the MERN technologies which are high end technologies for full stack
Placement Experience :
The placements are coming in huge numbers as it is University there are more than 845 companies got listed including the internships or full time employment this time that is 2025 passout batches 1900 + students got oppurtunities by 20th Jan 2025 and still 400 + companies are balanced for the placements
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have joined through my eapcet exam so that my complete year fee including 2 semesters is 70000 and for the bus it charges maximum of 50000 depends on the duration of semester sometimes I have paid 40250 rupees and some times just 5000 rupees
Campus Life :
The life at campus is actually fabulous we have the events on every Saturday conducted by the clubs in our college some time tech events some times fun events every student must registered in one of the clubs as per their interest and credits also get given if the club is registered atleast 1 year
Hostel Facilities :
Actually I am a day scholar student but I have also gone to hostel mess...I rate the food 8/10 and the infrastructure is good and hostel rooms are very good we have to apply for the hostels in our college private website called vtop. The hostel allocation will be done according to the highest cgpa students . So try to get them

Placement Experience :
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
