Likes
- It's a big campus,. infrastructure is well built and safe. The segregation of each and every department is very beautifully maintained. The campus has halls and amphitheatres and parking for both 2 and 4 wheelers.
- It is extremely beautiful, full of trees and parks There are two temples and 3 canteens. The faculty is very responsible and respectful. Biochemistry HOD is extremely strict. Physiology and Anatomy teachers are the best. The FAP visits are great as well.
Dislikes
- No hate for the teachers or the faculty. Amazing lecture halls. If I have to mention one shortcoming, it would be cleanliness of the washrooms.
- They are not that clean and maintened. The guards can be a bit more polite and helpful but they are not. Everything is amazing and blissful. It's lovely to live here. Amazing life.
Remarks :
I like the environment around, student safety being a primary concern of parents and guardians makes JNU a perfect fit for students and their studies. Admission is through NEET score. No other exams are accepted.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is of 5.5 years and curriculum is composed of 3 subjects in 1st year that are Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry in first year. The faculties work tirelessly to improve our method of learning and their method of teaching. Very kind and supportive.
Internships Opportunities :
No internships in 1st year. There isn't any stipend or salary in 1st year. I haven't opted for any internship as I haven't got the chance for that. Usually, in internships, the students have to take rounds in hospitals and community. Serve the patients with care in different departments like surgery, pediatrics, gynaecology, ICU, NICU etc.
Placement Experience :
I am in the first year so I can't be knowing about that a lot but hearing from seniors, it's acceptable enough. Final year students knows about that a lot better. Yet, the average monthly internship in fifth year is above 6000.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The annual fee is around 25 Lakhs, the course is MBBS. There are other expenses like hostel charges. No scholarships as such. Batchmates are very helpful and kind. The smiley faces and helping nature of each and everyone puts forward a great image of the entire batch.
Campus Life :
Life is amazing. It's like a dream come true. Very fresh and beautiful campus. We have a library and external reading room facilities that comprises of clean and usable desk and study spaces with 24/7 internet and food service from canteen. The department of anatomy, physiology and biochemistry are near each other, making it easier for us to approach them and the professors for assignments, exams and classes in general. We had our freshers party this month (January). I enjoyed a lot. It was the best day in my life till date. Enjoyed every bit of it.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality of amazing. We are given different types of food in an unlimited quantity. There is no compromise on food in the mess. Sometimes the daal has a lot of salt and ice cream is of not other flavour other then vanilla but except that everything is really amazing. The hostel on the other hand is not that great. The cleanliness is not maintained to a level it should be. I hope it gets better soon I don't need a room or PG because it would be really costly for me to live in a pg because of commute and schedule.

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college

Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
