- there are almost no fest in college and if there is a fest it is also not too good
- food in canteen and mess is not too good.
Remarks :
the admission is held through reap(rajasthan engineering admission process) marks of both 12th and jee are taken for admission the cutoff for mining in general category requires almost 90 percentile in jee the cutoff varies according to different categories. in mining the placements are very good almost 100% students gets placed with an average package of 12lpa which is good in comparison to other branches and colleges faculty is supportive and helps in need competetion is very less as only 25 seats are there. there are some negative aspects like canteen is not too good qualityof food in mess is also not too good ,otherwise the campus of college is too big location is very good as udaipur is best place for living.
Course Curriculum Overview :
placements in mining are very good, the faculty is supportive and well qualified and experienced, they use smart method for teaching like classes are equiped with smart boards, there are two exams inn each semester one mid sem and one final sem ,which are not too much difficult we can maintain a 6 cgpa easily just by studying 2-3 days prior to exams.
Internships Opportunities :
there are different opportunity of internship which are provided by college after 4th ad 6th semester 1 month training in which they trains you about work of and mining engineer and gives certificte which is used in placements
Placement Experience :
placements are good in mining its almost 100% vedanta takes major role in the placements otherwise mny cement companies also takes students in other branches placements are not that good but yes it is average
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
in first sem we pay 25500 in which 10000 is caution money after that each sem my fees is 15500 because i have govt. aided seat for normal seat the fees is 35000 per semester other than this there is 5000rs library fees for complete course the 10000 caution money and 5000 library fees is refundable after completion of the course other than this there is hostel and mess fee which i dont have to pay as i am from udaipur itself.
Campus Life :
there are very less fests we can say almost no fests I havent seen any fest in last 1.5 year. library is well equiped with many books and previous year papers . there are inetr branch tournaments each year, college has many groups and clubs but they are not too active so social life is not good in campus but outside campus there is udaipur city which dont let you get bored so overall it maintain the social life of college.

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.
