- I like the basketball court and football turf which was recently built
- I like the greenery and gardens which my college has, there are plenty of trees
Dislikes
- Only one big ground that's it, in that ground every sport including football cricket hockey volleyball happens
- The classrooms aren't good They are not like those lecture halls which we see in big universities They are like school classrooms
Remarks :
I gave comedk exam in 2023 which is an entrance test for colleges in Karnataka I got 81/180 and got ISE branch in NMIT But now NMIT has become a university so from this year it will conduct its own entrance exam
Course Curriculum Overview :
The academics and faculty both are bad We have unnecessary subjects like Indian constitution, EVS, Kannada (worst) And mostly all the faculty members are kannada people who are too biased against us north Indian people
Internships Opportunities :
I'm in 2nd year and hasn't got any internships from college But in 3rd year, during campus recruitment, companies like Kickdrum, Nutanix, MathCo, IBM etc offers internship and job both In Kickdrum they offered 30k per month stipend for 6 months In Mathco it is 20k per month for 3 months
Placement Experience :
Placements are good here Almost every student got placed in this year Companies like MathCo, IBM, Kickdrum, Nutanix comes and offers good package Our college also gives the opportunity to go and work in a Japanese company called zenken in japan every year
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
When i joined the college in 2023, tution fees for students who've came from comedk quota (merit) was 265000 per annum and management fees was 6lpa Now it has become 280000 and 7lpa respectively Students can apply for bonafide certificate
Campus Life :
Campus life is decent The main fest called 'the Anadyanta' happens every year in May and lasts for 3 days They bring some artists on the last day In 2024 they brought us Sachet-Parampara Tandon, it was amazing Many sports events also happen and our college stands out in football and basketball tournaments
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel fees is 115000 including hostel room and mess Mess food is horrendous They only give non veg on Wednesday and Sunday, that too doesn't taste good Hostel room is decent but warden is bad for first years Hostel rooms are given on first come first serve basis

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
