I had an AEEE exam which was held in the campus and this exam was not the only way to enter the college. JEE scores are accepted too. AEEE exam has a+3 for a right answer and -1 for a wrong. The exam results are published via mail and a scholarship portal ranks the students based on the rank and the number of students applied to fix your slab. Note: Slabs are subject to change with each allotment round
As a mechanical engineering student the first semester had unnecessary subjects I feel. But no college can avoid these subjects so this makes me feel it's fine. Core subjects are inculcated into the syllabus right from the first sem which brings interest into the course. Faculty behavior is reasonably good and encouragement to enter research and work on novel ideas are inculcated right from the first semester.
Our college works on slab system where the top students can avail the cheapest fees. But once you're in the college you will have to maintain 8 , 7.5 or 7 cgpa based on your slab. The first slab is the cheapest which requires 8 cgpa and is also the cheapest. And the management quota is the costliest which has no cgpa requirement. There is no hidden fees other than this. Caution deposit should be returned if no damages occur from your end to the college.
Campus size is not great while not being small too. Better maintenance would be appreciated and more events for students would be preferred. Study environment is good, teachers are approachable, Club participation feels great, faculty advisors conduct counselling. Social life feels fine, although not the best
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
