Campus is vast and good. A lot of Gardens are there and Separate buildings for every departments. Admission process is through a Counselling process called CAM organised by University itself and admissions are based on Graduation marks and GATE performance.
Course curriculum is up to mark. Faculties are well qualified pass outs of major IITs. There are two Midterm exams and one End term EXAM every semester followed by practical exams which are organized in the campus itself. There are 30% internal marks and 70% external marks.
Internship opportunities are not very much from the college but you can opt on your own. However some companies offer internships and you can get permanent jobs based on your performance. Projects and Research are encouraged by the college.
You have to clear all subjects and there should be no backlogs in the previous semesters to be eligible for campus placements. 80% of the students get placed every year those who have cleared the above criteria. However there is relaxation for 1 or 2 backlogs for some recruiters.
Enrollment fees INR 1800 one time, Development Fees INR 5025 per semester , Caution money INR 7500 one time, Exam fees 2500 per semester and tuition fee 33500 per semester. Total 46025 for 1st semester and 38525 for every other semester for self financed seat. There is AICTE scholarship for INR 12500 per month for GATE qualified and for NON-GATE students scholarship offered by University which is INR 6000 per month based on attendance.
Library is very huge with 2 Floors and have almost every book related to the course with a lot of journals. There is an Information Retrieval Lab with internet connection in the Library. Almost every festival is celebrated in college along with Tech fests. There is a Gym, Tennis and Badminton courts, Cricket Ground for sports activities.
Hostel fees is 12000 per year and Mess charges are around 4000-5000 per month. No mess charges for Holidays and Vacations. Hostel has a very large occupancy so you do not need to stay outside but if you want to, there are PGs near the college campus.
I am not into placement and job opportunities by my course I am preparing for a government exam hence I need a degree for that On the other hand as it is a government college There are high chances of placements with good packages

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams
Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.
You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.
our course first batch is still not gradutaed so there is no info about placements but there is such help in internship. they also told that they will give placment asiistance from their side , lets see
The internship experience is provided by college . Many recruiters came for recruitments every year in all the streams. companies like HUL and FMCG groups take their fresh employees and provide experience of salary basis.
I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college
Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.
There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
