- The green trees and flowers all round are best part of campus.
- The understanding and support teachers have towards students.
Dislikes
- The timings of classes it's hectic a bit.
- Gate pass system is annoying. Students are not allowed to go outside campus without gate pass and it is difficult.
Remarks :
I choose this college from recommendation of my friend in my 12th grade. The course is pretty affordable. Public transportation and travelling is convenient to the college. The admission process at T John College is simple not complicated. You need to go to admission block and register your name number and get details about all courses available.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The academics part of the college is handled well by the faculties the teaching method is that they teach you through Smart TV presentations and group discussions and also provide notes We have exams time to time for each semester we have internal exams we have class test and final semester exam. The teachers and the management also provide us opportunity to go for industrial visits to give us experience.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes I have opt an internship offer given from college and by the way you can only for internship in for 6th semester. The internship I work at is paid and timings are comfortable. You will be provided options for internship.
Placement Experience :
Each department has its own placement cell the placement cells had provides the instructions to the head of the department and then they forward that information to the students through WhatsApp groups with sometimes these informations are given late to students and cause troubles. The highest package is 3 lacs per annum. Internships are both paid and unpaid it is according to the choice of the students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
First semester we pay 45000 the total see for the courses 2,70000 it is different for aviation students and international students I have chosen general and I have also opt scholarship the scholarship amount provided to me is 10000 per semester. Scholarship can be obtained by scoring 60 + percentage in your 12th grade.
Campus Life :
The campus life at T John College is lively as we have best and events also inter College competitions twice or thrice in two months. In the month of November our bhm department had conducted a feast lazeez 7.0 and i had conducted a inter college competition collaborating with my juniors which was turbo 2k24. We have many Instagram handles official handle is operated by the management and the other handles are handled by the students of the college.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality is not up to mark. But the snacks at bakeries in the college are pretty taste. Hostel is 2 lacs per annum and its very secured and safe. Hostel Students ain't allowed outside after 8 p.m. The locality gottigere has many rentable rooms at affordable price and even good rated PGs.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
