- Infrastructure is not yet completed campus is still under construction.
- Over strict with boys and girls even though it is a co-ed college.
Remarks :
No there were no group discussion or interview but there is a test that was conducted online because of COVID at my time, the test is called VITEEE and depending upon your rank u can choose among the 4 branch of VIT and the courses. I choose vit bhopal because it was closer to my home town which was of convience to me rather than going to South India.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is hard and teaching is strict for the most part but there are a large variety of teachers ranging for good to great (no puns intended). One this is for sure in vit we have to be serious about our studies otherwise it's game over.
Internships Opportunities :
I have done my internship off campus and it was a unpaid one. Zeta, Apple, Etc companies comes for internship with stipend like 60k or 90k a month. There are many internship opportunities and companies available.
Placement Experience :
Everyone above 6 cgpa is eligible for placement. There is a huge number of companies visiting our college for recruitments like Amazon, hp, l&t, TCS, BlackRock, Shell, HDFC lambard, HCL tech, Zeta etc. TCS recruited around 200 from my campus, infosys around 120 etc Generally 99% students are placed from our college with highest package going up to 1.15 crore. I got placed before even getting my degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am in category 1 so my yearly fees is 198000 that sums up to around 8 lakhs for 4 years miscellaneous fees included for academic. Apart from this there are different types of hostels bedding arrangements available in different price I was in 4 bedded ac room that costs me 164000 for 10 months. There are two types of bed bunker and flat bed and there cost varies.
Campus Life :
Social life here is great I have made many friends through out my journey and there are many different clubs to choose from and take part in that is a good way to meet new people and share your experiences and knowledge and a great way to gain valuable soft skills definitely needed for every aspect in our lives.
Hostel Facilities :
As mentioned earlier I live in a 4 bedded ac room bunked bed in block 1 the food here is decent. Registration process is done over the college portal online and preferences are given among different types of hostels and bedding arrangements. The pg's near the campus are more affordable than the hostel rooms but there are both pros and cons for that too.

A good amount of companies come in college for recruitment. Some of them are giants. Don't know exact figures but as of now i think placements needs improvement. There should be proper placement training conducted for students. There should be mock interviews prep which will help students a lot.

eligiblity criteriea for placements is cgpa above 7 and no backlogs, there many recuriters come for campus placement in college such as Amazon, Microsoft, Texus Ints. , Goldman Sachs,Paypal and many more.Highest package is 82lpa and avrage package is 16lpa offered by company.Approx 60 - 70 percent students are getting there placements.my plans after degree is to take placement offer, and do job for expirence and prepare for CAT exam.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University
Placement Experience :
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

There's a good amount of placement opportunities but the only minus point is the Training and placement department is same for the other branches of this college such as Lakshmi Naraine college of Technology and science bhopal
MBBS a rollercoaster ????

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
