DSCE 1st sem experience
Remarks :
No written test , the college accepts KCET or comedk admissions and the fees are much lesser if you get admission through these 2 entrances. Cut off rank of KCET was around under 10k for ECE And comek was around 18k below.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is little hectic and mostly they end up rushing through modules when sem is ending. The teachers are pretty good they do explain well when there is ample of time. Almost every month we have a CIA for 50marks.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For management seat per year fees is 4lakhs total. Registration fees and all those are of neglible amount.( Around 1-2k) No increment in fees per year, it's fixed. There is donation of 2 lakhs seperately that has to be paid.
Campus Life :
DSCE has many clubs and overall the college gives a lot of freedom to participate and explore during your college life. The library is also really big and has good collections of reference books required.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
