I didnot choose this college at first. But in my EAMCET councelling i just kept this college hoping that I shouldnt get this. But eventually i fate has brought me there. But overall experience was good as talking about studies but it is similar to the education provided by the school.Although it was a women campus there were more restrictions on dressing which I feel is not necessary as it was not co-ed.While I am joining this college we don't usually used to have competition to get a seat here but now mostly our juniors studied hard to get a seat because now its naac and nba accredited.Mostly our college used to have fests but due to corona we have lost 2 of our precious years but now fests and movie promotions and some other occasions has been celebrated in the campus I'm so happy for my juniors that they could njoy a perfect btech life.
I am a EEE graduate.I joined this because I only got seat in this dept I didn't join this because of my personal intrest. But as time passes by I got intrest in my course because it is similar to what I studied in my intermediate because it is filled with physics and it looked like it was the continuation to intermediate physics. But mostly my parallels found it extremely tough and most people are still clearing their backlogs. It was a tough course but not for everyone. With correct plan and strategy we can ave this course. And coming to the faculty here our faculties are mostly mtech graduates and mostly talented also. Our dept has 4 phd faculty and remaining were mtech graduates. My overall experience was good regarding faculty.
I opted for internships from the 2nd year and did 3 internships for 3 years. The companies that I worked are for Kodnest, Ibm, Skillhack. These are unpaid internships only.My projects are Cybersecurity, Data analytics through python programming.
I don't what to say about this but mostly we are unemployed only.College didn't bring any placements only placement we got was accenture and after that it is said to us that recession is going on so no placements this year but if you want you can try off campus. But our seniors got more placements on an average 6 lpa package.
I joined in the year 2020 after getting a rank of 68800 in AP EAMCET 2019.After the seat allotment from govt i received a msg saying that I'm eligible for free reimbursement frm ap govt but got a notification from my College management that I need to pay my yearly fee for 4 years that my reimbursement has been cancelled .So I come under conveyer quota but I need to pay yearly tuition fee. Actual fee structure when I was in the final year was 42000 per year and building fund, library and lab fee would be 4500 per year so on an average I paid 48000 to the organisation for 1st year. And this repeated for 2 more years until my 3rd year. But in my final year out college got identified by NAAC A++ grade i.e 3.89/4. So from that moment on fee structure and infrastructure of the college was changed completely and we saw a drastic change in the fee saying now it's not a normal college. As it's final year for our batch we are not that much effected but our juniors joined for one fee but paid more.
I won't say that our college is top notch because it is average .But coming to fests and celebrations it was amazing because it never wanted to miss any occasion to celebrate. The biggest national wide fest was YUVTARANG usually it was celebrated before the Pongal. As coming to libraries yes enough amount of books we have and there is also a digital library i can say for those who wanted to study well can use it properly. There are many clubs in our campus i can say that each dept has 2 to 3 clubs mostly taken care by the 3rd students only.
I am a day scholar but as pery knowledge mrng breakfast will be provided in the hostel it self and afternoon lunch will be at the cafeteria and evng snacks are kept at the hostel and night dinner and weekly once chicken will be served. In my clg time my frnds used to pay 99000 yearly for hostel.
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.
The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.
Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.
The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month. The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.
In my college, the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
Job opportunities are countless for the students who are skilled. Both software and core jobs placements can be observerved in a wide range. Many multi national companies like deloitte, infosys, snovasys, TCS, Accenture are tied up with the campus for conducting drives.
placements are good compared to many other college in the area. many companies like deloitte , hexaware , moldtek, ctrls, zf technologies, accenture , infosys, tcs, coditas, rithwik enterprises recruit every year from our college
There are good placements are going on on this university to crack a job interviews and minimum packages are got by some and most got more packages and the more more companies are coming to this university and when we have skill and discipline only we get placement job otherwise we won't get job.
