Remarks :
I got the seat through KCET rank of around 19000 in PharmD category. While the cutoff for previous year was around 29000. Hence I got a government seat in th college and I didn't pay for any building fund n all. But some of my friends studying management quote paid around 1.5-2 lakhs per year for fees.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose the course as I wanted to work in the field of clinical research and pharma industry. The professors were highly experienced and well qualified. Giving good theoretical and practical guidance.
Internships Opportunities :
Our course included 1 year internship as a Clinical Pharmacist at Basaveshwar General and Teaching Hospital, Kalaburagi. We're we conducted detailed prescription analysis for medication errors and other drug related problems.
Placement Experience :
Although there are no placement facilities available at the college for PharmD, the staff is supportive and help us provide reference for various pharma companies. We also get to work in hospitals as a clinical Pharmacist.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As a government seat holder in private college, my fee for the first 3 years as per government fees structure was ?24,000/- and for the next 3 years it was ?98, 000/-. I did not pay any addition amount in the name of college funds or others.
Campus Life :
The infrastructure supports all the requirements of PharmD including internship in a well recognized hospital that is Basaveshwar General ans Teaching Hospital ,Kalaburagi. Library has almost every book required for study and the staff are really supportive. There are several extracurricular activities like Freshers party, Ganesh Chaturti, Sports day, ethnic day, annual day, grand convocation etc.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

Course Curriculum Overview :
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
