- Infrastructure Limitations: Some buildings and equipment are outdated, requiring upgradation to provide a better learning environment and facilities for students.
- We have bit limited fests and events so this is something I actually dislike abt my clg
Remarks :
Admission Process U need to give Neet UG (10+2-p,c,m,b and English with 50% eligibility to write the neet exam) It's a 3hr pen paper based exam 180mcq with +4 for each correct answer and -1 for every incorrect There are 4 sections Physics, chemistry, botany,Zoology 45 mcq in each section Kgmu being one of the top 10 medical clg in india So to get here u'll need 680+ - general 675+ - OBC/EWS 600+ - SC 550+ - ST
Course Curriculum Overview :
As for course curriculum it's very much relevant giving u insights abt the real time clinical cases it's significance All my faculties are alums of top colleges And it's me being lucky enough to have such great teachers teaching me
Internships Opportunities :
It's a medical college Here it's a 5 year course So 4 years of studying And final year that is the 5th year is of internship so to get the students clinical practice and enhance their skill set In internship we get 12000 per month for 1 year Then we have uttar pradesh state bond for 2 years where we get about 92000 per month
Placement Experience :
No as such we don't have placements in our college but we are being trained with the highest skill set and clinical experience Kgmu is the alma matter of top surgeons in India One of them being Dr.Naresh Trehan the owner of Medanta Hospital
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We have 50000 as our tuition fees per annum 1500 for hostel 3600 for mess Also we have scholarships Up gov scholarship where children having 2lakh or less family income per annum can apply Reliance foundation scholarship given by Reliance group They take online test and choose 500 students all over India to Give scholarship Then there's merit based scholarship too in our college
Campus Life :
So as for my clg life It's mesmerizing I can bet on that if u r lucky enough to enter kgmu u won't get homesickness U'll get a whole medico family with all U'll get nurtured here like a kiddo but when U'll pass out U'll be someone who can face any hardships in their life
Hostel Facilities :
So I'm in UG 1 girls hostel Hostel mess is top notch Infrastructure we have attached balcony to evey room which is in double sharing it's spacious Both students have separate almirahs and study table for themselves

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
