Likes
- The campus is much big and spacious to look around and spend time with friends.
- Faculty and HODs are much friendly than expected to communicate or in learning process.
Dislikes
- Practical learning is a bit lacking because there aren't sufficient systems with all the dependencies downloaded in labs.
- Administrative anex is quite a troublesome job where you have to wait for many days for scholarship renewal tasks.
Remarks :
I choose this college after my Eamcet results because I found that the branch I am interested in, has a good name in this college and it is quite easy to travel from home. There were no tests taken by the college to approve admission. Based on Eamcet rank you can get into this college and cut off changes from time to time, can range from 5k to 1lakh.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I am interested in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning which is a CSE allied branch which can be seen in BTech course. Teaching was not very practical but it was comprehensive and understanding. Faculty were acknowledged by their degree. Many were Phd candidates who has immense knowledge. Exams were conducted for every 2 months followed by a final examination. Final exams are a bit tough because all the questions asked will probably be based on understanding and reasoning.
Internships Opportunities :
Different companies offer placement for different roles like fullstack developer, web developer, python developer, java fullstack developer, MERN stack developer, Devops Engineer, SDE, business developer, stipend for internships ranges from 5k to 30k per month based on company. Company required roles based projects are prioritized for placements. I haven't done any internship through college yet but according to my friend's experience, the internships focuses on practical learning.
Placement Experience :
We found many companies visiting our college for recruitment. Placement management provides students with many in campus trainings for recruitment based on the company requirements. Companies like Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, Xcelar, Swift and many other startup companies have visited. Out of 100 students almost 30 to 60 students get placed in our college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am currently paying 55k every year, initially tuition fee is 90k. SInce I am eligible for reservation, with EWS I got it reduced to 55k. Management quota students pay the whole fee every year. For every semester final exams fee is been asked to pay that is 1500 or 2000. Campus recruitment fee is 5k which is asked in 3-2 and 4-1.
Campus Life :
There are many technical events which focus on skill building rather than time passing games. Almost every branch has their own club which show case their skills and participations, achievements in their field. We have AI club, CS and DS club, AI/DS club etc. Each club has its own website.
Hostel Facilities :
I haven't opted for a hostel in our college but our college has girls hostel in campus which has a big mess for dining also good rooms with 3 to 4 people sharing. There is a specified menu for breakfast and dinner every week also rooms are kept clean.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT
Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
College life beyond classroom

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
A great place to meet like minded people

One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. We get to practice what we learn through coding, assignments, and small projects, which makes the subject easier to understand. The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.

My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.
A Complete Review of JNTUH: Opportunities and Campus Life
Placement Experience :
Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
