- Computer labs are update with modern systems and windows 11 along with some linux systems for networking labs
- Close to town, hence a good option for Localites
- Campus life is great, events and sports
Dislikes
- Network infrastructure is bad. Very old infrastructure
- Old fashion faculties, some still haven't updated the teaching techniques
Remarks :
It's in my hometown, and due to personal issues i HAD to take admission here, Facilities are not lacking but are not up to date(good computers but bad internet connection, infrastructure, etc), as for cutoffs I took admission through KCET and my rank was 73000, could have gotten SNQ in EE but chose CSE as it was my passion.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I took CSE as it was my passion, developing apps and websites. The faculties here are a hit or miss, 50% of them are excellent, 50% are sub par (old fashioned teaching method) Exams are as per VTU so college can't do anything about it, but it's ok, although the vacation is usually only for around 10-15 days.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid 99,000 per year as I took my admission through KCET, But the management seat cost 1,20,000 , although if you take the admission late, they might take extra (other students trying to take take admission as well) for the seat. You can apply for State scholarship (SSP) and get 25k per year.
Campus Life :
CSE, Mech, Civil, etc all branches have their fests in the months of October November and December, STEM is usually held in December Sport is also focused on,"AITM Sports". We recently started a coding club.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
