- The college infrastructure is pretty decent

- The campus seems to be rather constricted
- The canteens can be much better and hygienic
Remarks :
The main factor that made me choose this college was its prime location which makes it easy for me to travel. As I took a seat through KCET, I did not have to face any written test or group discussion.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is in accordance to Visvesvaraya Technical University, Belagavi, Karnataka. The college is affiliated to VTU and follows syllabus, course material, internal assessment format, exam and evaluation as per VTU.
Internships Opportunities :
I havent really opted for any internship from college's side and I have not come across anyone mentioning any kind of internship from college's side. hence I am not so sure about it and I do not have any idea
Placement Experience :
The college itself imposes a lot of criteria that must be attained to be eligible for placements. It is a very rigorous process overall. Last year 130 companies had visited the campus for placements and overall 823 students got placed.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The annual fees is INR 108196 for students who have gotten admission through Karnataka Common Entrance Test and fees is three lakhs per annum for students who have taken admission through COMEDK exam and around seven lakhs a year for students who have taken management seat. My admission is through general category, the fees is even lesser for students with reservations.
Campus Life :
The college conducts an annual techno cultural fest called cultura which is often graced by celebrities d=from the kannada film industry. Apart from that there is also a annual inter - department fest called Aura.
Hostel Facilities :
I do not have much idea about hostel or hostel life as I am a day scholar and I have not availed the hostel facility. But from what I have heard from my peers who stay in the hostel it is not that great.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT
Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
College life beyond classroom

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
A great place to meet like minded people

One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. We get to practice what we learn through coding, assignments, and small projects, which makes the subject easier to understand. The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.

My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.
A Complete Review of JNTUH: Opportunities and Campus Life
Placement Experience :
Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
