Remarks :
I choose GLA university for my MBA program based on various factors such as Gla is NAAC A+ accredited known for quality education and business courses The university has tie ups with leading companies, ensuring good placement support. And experienced faculty members, infrastructure which includes well equipped labs , libraries, hostels, classrooms compared to other private universities. The university conducts its own entrance exam GLAET however candidates with valid CAT MAT XAT CMAT scores could get direct admission. Students had to go through GD&PI as part of the selection process. I practiced quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal ability using CAT level books and online mock tests. For group discussion I improve my communication skills by reading newspapers and participating in debates. Overall GLA university provides quality education, strong placements and industry oriented education while it has some drawbacks such as the rigid attendance policy of the university.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I opted for the Mba dual course as it provides two specializations enhancing carrier opportunities. The curriculum is well designed covering core management subjects and industry oriented electives. And for the faculty members they are highly qualified Ph.D Mba and they use case studies, presentations, and practical examples for effective learning. Term exams are divided into two sections Mid term and End term and are conducted on time with a moderate to high difficulty level testing conceptual understanding and application based knowledge.
Internships Opportunities :
College provide a range of internships opportunities collaborating with prominent companies to the students such as Accenture Tcl Icici Wipro etc These collaborations ensure that the students gain valuable hand on experience
Placement Experience :
GLA University has a robust placement record with over 500 recruiters participating and over 3000 placement offers made in recent years. Highest package for management students reached ?19.8 LPA while overall average CTC stands at ?6.3 LPA Criteria for placement of students is to maintain academic performance 60% and clear any backlogs to be eligible for campus placements. Post Mba i plan to secure a role in a reputable organisation.

Scholarship provided in university is The UP samaj kalyan scholarship in which General Category students receive approx 55,000 OBC 60-65,000 SC/ST - 70,000. The fee in University for all courses increases every year.
Campus Life :
Teh university hosts culinary programs such as Tarang in feb and march and Techstorm technical fest in October offering students a platform to showcase their talents. The library is well stocked with books and journals supporting academic growth. Classrooms are equipped with modern amenities such as smart boards. Students can engage in various clubs such as Ninhad Ecell etc for their personal and professional development.
Hostel Facilities :
Im a day scholar residing near by colllege but i have my friends living in the hostel and they tell me that the hostels are as per the expectations and very good. With many amenities such as wifi ac neat and clan mess

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
