Life in a mediocre college

- Lecture halls are quite good, AC available
- Faculty is decent, some are good some are not
Dislikes
- There's not much of campus life, it's a small city
- Library is not 24/7 which isn't helpful
Remarks :
Academics are average Admission process is quite easy and the staff here is very helpful too Cut-off is low as it's a mediocre college, but not much low Library facility is there Mess food is decent
Course Curriculum Overview :
I wanted to do MBBS Faculty is quite helpful but some exceptions are there Three internal assessment exams per year are conducted And difficulty level is moderate. We can pass, but depends on the teacher too
Internships Opportunities :
Internship is present within the college itself It's a mandatory internship for graduates Stipend varies, 30k-40k not sure Quite good opportunity to learn things, as the patient count is High here which is helpful
Placement Experience :
Internaship is compulsory in medical colleges which is of one year There's no placement as such but for state quota students there maybe some opportunity to work in hospitals There's so much to learn during internship
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
66000/-is the yearly fees for tution 18000/- is the yearly for Hostel SC/ST there's scholarship For state quota students the fees is less And there's some scholarship money for state quota students
Campus Life :
Campus life isn't much to talk about, it's a small city and small campus There's no social group Chess club is there, Not anything other than that Sports are conducted once in a year We have our own cricket tournament
Hostel Facilities :
Food quality is decent Menu is based on South India,but variety is there Hostel rooms are best thing here, compared to other government hotels, there are good to look at Water cooler is there, gysear is available

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
