Remarks :
The campus placements and the good reputation of college has made me to join in this college.The college had admissions through eamcet.Now since it is university it take admissions through SEEE exam and direct admissions.For my batch cutoff for cse is 6000.I think there are no bad aspects in our college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As the world is diving towards technology I chose computer science over other streams.The faculty of the vrsec college are highly qualified.They support us in every thing.They motivate us to do things that are productive.Most of the faculty are doctorates.They have good teaching skills. We have two assignments which of each for 10 marks and two sessional exams which are of 15 marks each and sem end exam for 70 marks .The level of the question paper is medium to high.
Internships Opportunities :
JP Morgan offered internship in our college with stipend 75000 also amazon with 30000. In second year students must do internship .Recently students got selected for internship in infosys company ,they are of fourth year.
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for participating in drives is above 7.5 cgpa.TCS has visited recently and offered 450+ jobs are visited and visiting companies to our college. highest package 52 lakhs amazon. Average package 5 lac 96% of the students are getting placed out. my plan is to get placed in a product based company.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have taken computer science branch in vrsec in 2023.The fees at the time of my joining was 72,500.As it is free seat we need not pay any amount,the government will provide it.The caution fee is 5000 rupees and there will be no other fees.In the second year we had to pay 8000 rs for skill enhancement and training .The fee is same for all .But now our college has become university known as SAHE.Therefore the fee has become 2,00,000 for cse students
Campus Life :
SUpragna formerly AFOSEC is the national level techno cultural fest conducted in the month of february every year. My college has Central library which is well known for its collection of different kinds of book.My college also has central auditorium.Classrooms are provided with wifi and airc-conditioned labs.Our college has indoor stadium.College ground is very large ,intramural sports are taking place every year,Our college conducts various literature activites.It also has creatix club.
Hostel Facilities :
Food is good.Every sunday and wednesday we have chicken and biriyani.Friday and tuesday we have egg.Rooms are good and clean.Each room consists of three members.For 2nd years hostel fee is 60000,for 3rd years and 4th years the fee is 54000 and for freshers it is 80000.We have to contact hostel office at vrsec for room allocation.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
