- One of the best aspects of LNMIIT is its strong placement record. Even in tough years like 2024, the college ensured a 75% placement rate, with CSE students securing an average package of 14 LPA. In 2025, this increased to 16 LPA, with top recruiters like Google, Microsoft, and Goldman Sachs visiting campus. The rigorous academic structure, inspired by IITs and IIITs, ensures a strong foundation in technical concepts. The faculty, most of whom come from IITs and NITs, are approachable and maintain high teaching standards. Additionally, the college offers a 90% tuition waiver for students with a 9.5+ CGPA, making quality education more accessible for meritorious students
- The well-structured hostel facilities and mess services enhance student life at LNMIIT. Every student gets a fully furnished room with AC, study tables, and ample storage. The three messes ensure food variety, with the menu updating every 2-3 months. The campus is also well-equipped with essential amenities like a library, stationary shops, laundry services, and sports facilities. Clubs and extracurriculars are a major highlight, with 28 active clubs spanning tech, cultural, and sports domains. The three annual fests, among the biggest in Rajasthan, bring top artists and create a lively campus atmosphere, making student life enjoyable beyond academics.
Dislikes
- One major drawback is that the infrastructure is still under development. While the campus has basic facilities like a library, laundry, and food outlets, some areas need improvement. There is no proper running track, and certain hostel rooms have only AC vents instead of full air conditioning. Additionally, while the placement statistics are strong, the opportunities are primarily concentrated in software roles. Non-tech branches like mechanical don’t get the same level of placement support, making it difficult for students who want core engineering jobs.
- The academic structure, though rigorous, can feel overwhelming. While relative grading helps, the workload is heavy, requiring consistent effort to maintain a high CGPA. The admission process, being purely merit-based, offers no reservations, which may limit diversity. Another concern is the high overall fee of ₹26 lakh for four years, which is expensive compared to government colleges. Even though scholarships exist, maintaining a 9.5+ CGPA for a 90% tuition waiver is tough. Lastly, while the mess food is better than many government colleges, it can still feel repetitive despite periodic menu updates.
Remarks :
The admission process is based on your performance in JEE mains exam , to secure admission in this college you need a 98 percentile for CSE branch , 97 percentile for CCE branch , 96 percentile for ECE branch, and a 92 percentile for mechanical branch . The admissions starts soon after the April attempt of jee mains is over , there are no reservation and the admissions are purely merit based, the institution also offer various merit based scholarship . I personally chose this college because it offered me circuital branches , it is tier 2 and moreover it's placement is better than NITs and IIITs which comes at same rank
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty at LNMIIT consists of highly qualified professors, with most holding degrees from prestigious institutions like IITs and NITs. However, the relative grading system helps balance the difficulty, ensuring that students are not unfairly impacted by tough question papers or strict evaluation. While the coursework can feel demanding, consistently attending lectures and completing assignments diligently is usually enough to secure a 9+ SGPA. The professors are approachable, and their structured teaching approach helps in grasping complex concepts effectively.
Internships Opportunities :
After the completion of the seventh semester in college, the college has a policy of mandatory full time internship, so the students get an opportunity to enter the corporate/industry life and gain experience adding it to their resume
Placement Experience :
The placements of this college is the best in comparison to the other colleges which comes at this rank . In the year 2025 , almost 85 percent students got placed , the average package for CSE branch was 16 lakhs per annum whereas median was 14 lakhs per annum. Even in year 2024 , which is considered as a recession year the college was able to place 75 percent of students with average of 14 lpa The training and placement cell of the college are experts in their fields , some of the companies which regularly visits the college for placement are :- google , microsoft, bny mellon , media.net , goldman sachs , flipkart , atlassian , oyo , ion , samsung etc For the year 2025 (for all branches combined):- highest package was 60 lpa , average was 14 lpa , median was 12 lpa , placement percentage is 80 but the placement process is still ongoing as of now
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total cost of the B.Tech program is rs 26 lakh for four years, with rs 4.5 lakh allocated to tuition fees. The remaining amount includes hostel and mess charges, along with other academic expenses. A scholarship offering a 90% tuition fee waiver is available for students with a CGPA of 9.5 or above.
Campus Life :
Talking about infrastructure, it is still in development phase or I'll say it's actually upgrading, however the campus has all basic facilities like library (fully functional ac library, having all sorts of books with even their soft copy available) , laundry shop , hair saloon , various food outlets , stationary shop , 2 restaurants , vending machines in hostel , washing machines available in some hostels . All sorts of sporting equipment are available in college with proper infrastructure, there is no running track though Talking about clubs , our college have 28 clubs in 3 categories of tech , cultural and sports . Some of the clubs are cybersecurity, music , photography, dance , competitive programming, cricket , fashion etc. We have 3 consecutive fests a year, these fests are one of the biggest fests in rajasthan with big artists
Hostel Facilities :
You are allocated a hostel the day you come on the college to complete your enrollment. There are 5 hostels on campus , one for girls and 4 for boys , for first year students BH-1 is alloted . Each room has 2 people. Each one gets their own bed with mattress, a study table , study light, air conditioner (or ac vents in some of the rooms), almirah (1 personal and one shared) , one pinup board , 3 tubelight , one fan , chair etc. There are a total of 3 mess , the mess menu is updated every 2-3 months so it doesn't feel so repetitive, the food is better as compared to what is served in other government colleges . For freshers MESS-A is allocated which is big enough with a capacity of 1000+ students

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
