- I do like friendly faculty and how the campus is rounded. Our canteen is small tho, still got many things there. Love how we don't have to pay for any books nd all. It's all free, every facility is free such as gym.
Dislikes
- I hate the girl's hostel, it's unclean af. I never been there but when I was, it's utterly bad
Remarks :
there weren't any kinda tests for me. The admission office did ask about the environment cause I am from a completely different state. It was a direct application admission, there was nothing to prepare for.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose pharmD cause I love chemistry but also wanted to be a doctor. That's the main reason I chose thus course. Faculty is amazing except for some teachers, they are bringing out new Faculty for first years who are still training so. somethings it's hard to understand. Labs are good! Tho it's not cleaned properly everyday. As we only have one semester at the end of the academic year, I am still not abel to say how hard exams are. Internal exams were good! We have three internals nd one annual exam.
Internships Opportunities :
Still first year. So none yet. But I heard many opportunities for placement is being issued in our college including abroad ones. There many Africans in our college too, who loves to know bout India. Though, am guessing there are flaws, it's still all good.
Placement Experience :
Our campus has 70% placement! Every month we see our seniors getting placement in huge companies using campus connections. My plan is to go abroad after my 6th year itself. There many placement opportunities for pharmacy student as fair as I know,
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For pharmD course, it's 1.5 lakh per year. Paying 75k each 6months as it's a 6 years course. Many scholarships are avaliable if you are in a lookout of it. You can also get scholarships from the college itself from 2nd year if you do well the pervious semester. People who have come from northeast have a pay a fine amount to their agency as well I believe. Depending upon bank, you can also take student loans.
Campus Life :
There is everything in our college if you utilize it properly as gyms, music room, yoga room etc etc.. every month atleast we have a fun program in our college or department wise. Sports is common in our college, our PT sir always on a lookout. There are websites run by students whenever there is a program. Overall it's good.

I am still in my second year, so I havent sat for placements yet. But the college starts preparing us early with coding practice, projects, aptitude training, resume building sessions, and mock interviews. FRom interacting with seniors, I have heard that students who stay consistent with their skills get good opportunities

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.
