It's affordability and infrastructure. They are more focused on academics but there are also two main fests. There's also DJs. There are also placement trainings being conducted.(Which has now been made optional, whoever wants to attend, can opt it)
My course is CSE(Data Science) Faculty Qualification- b.tech and m.tech and phd. Their teaching methods are a little above average. We have 3 internal exams every semester, and then a final sem end exam with moderate difficulty.
I have completed several internship courses, and will be having a mandatory offline internship by the end of this semester(6th semester) My minor project was about k-means clustering. And the major project was about Spam News Detection.
There have been several companies like IBM, L&T, Capgemini, etc. There are other pretty good companies which come for campus placements. Overall, the opportunities aren't bad, but we also have to develop our skills by ourselves so that we will have higher chances of getting placed.

The main fests of our college are Swayam(cultural fest) in May and Vertechx(technical fest) in November. There are plenty of books related to various departments in the library and it has an automated borrow system. Sports selections take place every year and they can regularly participate in inter college competitions. Some of the clubs are: Dhwani(music club), Raagbhinaya(Drama club), Nrityatrix(Dance club), Robo Club, etc.
I'm a day scholar but I've heard that they only allow vegetarian foods. And there's a curfew of 6pm for girls and 8pm for guys. If they have to go somewhere, they have to submit a letter before or on the previous day
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
