Remarks :
No entrance exam, interview, Group discussions for joining in the college. We have to apply through the college website www.sastra.edu then the process will started automatically by reviewing our Performance in the 12th standard and JEE(if applicable). Then the rank will be given according to the demand and rank you got they will assign you the department.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My faculties are from varies parts of the nation, even one from Nepal. So, language will not be the problem. They are very friendly and clarify the doubts without any hesitation. Teaching will be based on subject black board or the ppt teaching varies. Difficulty level is medium.
Internships Opportunities :
No , I have not got any internships. But some companies come for the internship opportunities mainly for the CSE related courses. Stipend will be provided mainly they recruit for 3-2 or 4-1. projects can be done inhouse or outhouse our choice.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the placements purely depends on the company individuals. If you have 7.5 CGPA and no arrears you will eligible 97% of the companies. Amazon, Accenture TCS Infosys Wipro Cognizant Comcast Paypal etc., are the recruiters here. Highest package 40LPA , Average package 6LPA lowest package 3LPA. Total 80% placed
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We have to pay the fee semester for the tuition. When i have joined 75000 per semester. First sem ,I have paid 92000 along with all the registration ,admission, ports fee etc., Then for second sem 75000. Then every year 5% increment will be there.
Campus Life :
If we compare with the other colleges the cultural activities in the college are less. But yearly Kuruksastra which is a cultural fest will be held in the month of april. Daksh which is the technical fest held in the month of march. Colloesum sports fest in the month of feb. Utsav technical fest in month of november.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, I am staying in hostel. Hostel room rent will be different and the mess bill will be different. Hostel room rent should be paid yeraly. Which varies 14000 to 25000. Based on the sharing and the bathroom attached you opt. Mess bill be based on the divide rule it cost from 3800 to 4600. On an average per day 150 will be charged.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college

College providers many placement to the students if you know arrears we should we have eligible to the placement and highest packages 21 lakh per annum and the average packages 9.5 lakhs per annum the minimum package is 4 lakhs per annum
