- The most I like about this college is Admission process, course changing in 2nd year which will be based on our cgpa and faculty who help us understand subject better.
Remarks :
Comparatively Less fee and admissions are based on merit so I have choosen. No, there are no group discussions, interviews or written tests for admissions. Admissions are fully based on merit i.e based on 12th marks and JEE MAINS marks. There will be 2 streams like Based on JEE Mains marks or JEE Mains +12th marks.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As computer science engineering course is more demanding I have choosen this course. 1st year,all branche students will be having same subjects from 2nd year they enter into their core branch. Faculties are fully experienced. They have good knowledge on their course they are handling also in multiple domains.They are very supportive in choosing our domains and also in doing projects. Teaching methods include ppt presentations etc..,
Internships Opportunities :
No I haven't opted for internship. companies visit our campus for both full time and also internship plus full time. We can also apply for off campus internship opportunities. companies offered under internship are Comcast, Ramco, Swym, wells fargo etc.., roles are like software engineer, software developer, customer support engineer, Data analyst etc..,
Placement Experience :
Placements are provided through campus placement cell. There will be placement preparation before start of placements.If no campus placements is offered we can apply off campus placements through online. We can also plan for higher studies like Mtech, MBA, MS etc..,
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fee is like 1,60,000 per year, every year it will be increasing by 5000. Hostel fee is seperate from tuition fee.Extra fees include breakage due,sem exam fees.Scholorships like NSP,Pragathi are applicable.
Campus Life :
Life at sastra is good we can meet peoples from different regions. There are many clubs like music club, sports clubs, Tamil Sangamon, Telugulites etc.,There will be many events like Daksh (for fun and technology development), Kuruksastra (for fun), Colloseum (for sports events).
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I opted for hostel. Food in hostel is only veg no non veg provided. Two types of menus are available week1 and week 3 are same, week 2 and week4 food items are same. Hostel infrastructure is good and comfortable. To apply for hostel rooms, for 1st year clg will allocate room for students from 2nd year we have to choose room they will allot time slots for all years.

There are campus placement from both native country and from abroad.But mostly for computer science course people are benefitted that time.mechanic and electronics and communication course face difficulty in campus placement.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college

College providers many placement to the students if you know arrears we should we have eligible to the placement and highest packages 21 lakh per annum and the average packages 9.5 lakhs per annum the minimum package is 4 lakhs per annum
