- The faculty are all PHD holders with specialization in their respective fields. They are supportive and always encourage us to do better.
Dislikes
- The biggest con is the distance between the hostels and the academic block. The shed used for travel is made of metal which has no effect on the afternoon sun
- The location of the college is also a big con. It's nowhere near a city with the nearest one being 40 minutes far.
Remarks :
One of the main factors was the course I have opted for - BTECH in Mech Engg with specialization in AI and Robotics. The course was only offered by a few colleges in India, out of which VIT Bhopal University was the best option.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is not that hard to learn and the faculty is also supportive when it comes to doubts and questions. The exams are conducted a little too hastily with little holidays but this type of time table helps us in learning stress management
Internships Opportunities :
I've participated in internships provided by IITs and some MNCs. They provide top notch mentors and help us in connecting with our fellow students and seniors. Live classes are conducted where we can interact with the mentors and quizzes are arranged to check out proficiency.
Placement Experience :
The placement criteria is entirely based on your CGPA and 12th percentage. Students are divided into different stages with the higher ones get priority. The average package for this year is 11LPA and the highest till now was 70 LPA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Year wise fees-201000 Tution fees-201000 Caution Fees-15000 All of the fees mentioned above is based on the category through which I got admission. It depended on my VITEEE rank. There are 5 categories with category 1 having the lowest tuition fees and category 5 having the highest
Campus Life :
From the day that I've arrived at the college there have been many events conducted by clubs. Winter Fest,Advitya were the most popular and memorable fests of the year. The clubs are divided in two categories Technical and Non technical. These conduct events that help us in academic and recreational activities.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel food is not bad and can be said to be good when comparing it to other private universities. The menu is changed every couple of months. The hostel registration was also done on the basis of my VITEEE rank. The hostels are affordable and come with many options based on how much money you want to spend

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University
Placement Experience :
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

There's a good amount of placement opportunities but the only minus point is the Training and placement department is same for the other branches of this college such as Lakshmi Naraine college of Technology and science bhopal

If you are focused on your studies you can get really good opportunities here as companies like accenture,TCS, Wipro and Tata Mahindra come here every year and many more companies too. The college provides training and placement classes from 2nd year onwards.

MBBS a rollercoaster ????

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
