I got seat in counselling. The cutoff rank to get CSE and allied branches is below 25k. I chose this college because it has a great reputation and offers quality education in my field. The courses are well-structured, and the faculty is experienced and supportive. It also provides good placement opportunities, hands-on learning, and modern facilities.
Faculty and everyone is good. They encourage us to participate in events like hackathon, ideathon, projects, etc. I have choosed this course because I got seat in counselling. Mid 1 is conducted after 2 months of sem starting and then after 1and half month internals, externals, mid and sem will be conducted. It was medium to hard level.
Till now I haven't opted amy internship. We used to have sem wise projects, we need to finish there the projects. I didn't opted internship. But my friends opted that in mceme virtual intership. During the internship again exams will be conducted by the faculty with given time and all.
Placements were good in our college More than 75%people will be placed. Highest package we got this year is 31 lakhs till now. And average package is 6lakh. The placements were very good. The people mostly place in infosys, Capgemini, cognizant, etc. Infosys were recruited nearly 400 students from for CMRGI.

One good thing is that placements aren't treated as something that only matters in the final year. From the early semesters we are encouraged to build projects, improve our coding skills, and create a strong resume. That gives us enough time to prepare instead of rushing later. The college also shares internship opportunities and guides students through the application process. There are resume reviews, mock interviews, and career sessions that help us understand what companies expect. I feel the support is there throughout the journey, the more effort you put in, the more you can benefit from these opportunities.
Best part is the college doesn't wait until the final year to talk about careers. We get opportunities to work on projects, improve our coding, build resumes, and attend interview preparation sessions from the early semesters. Internship opportunities are shared regularly and the college guides students through the application process. This has helped me gain practical experience and understand what companies expect.
From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.
In our district kamala is the only college with highest placement records .many more MNC are visiting our college and student are getting placed in many companies with highest packages and currently they are leading good lifes
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. We get to practice what we learn through coding, assignments, and small projects, which makes the subject easier to understand. The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.
Since our batch hasn't reached final placements yet, I can't talk about placement results. But the college has already started preparing us through coding pratice, resume building sessions, mock interviews, and career guidance. Internship opportunities are shared regularly, and students are encouraged to apply from the early semesters itself. I like that the focus in on building our skills first instead of waiting until the final year. I feel this preparation will really help us when placement season begins.
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.
Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
