The admission procedure was transparent as per the Kerala government entrance exam for engineering(KEAM) for state merit seats there are no other tests or group discussions involved. This was one of the government aided college under Cooperative Academy of Professional Education(CAPE) which had moderate fee structure compared to private engineering colleges, which has a decent academic perfomance and decent infrastructure.
Engineering course is one of the most sought after course after 12, especially CSE has a lot of scope now if studied properly. The faculties were decently qualified in the college and promotes a self learning culture than spoon-feeding. They conduct two internal exams in each semester which covers all the topics learned till the exam, which is a good experience for the semester examinations. The difficulty level of these term exams are exactly that of the semester exams which prepares students to have an exposure early.
The college does not directly get you internships the students should find it by their own if they want an internship during the studies. The students who get internships are found and applied by themselves.
The placement criteria usually demands a CGPA above 6.5 or 7 with no outstanding arrears but some companies tolerates for this. Most of the placement happened in CSE department last year. Most of the placements are happened on online mode with a preliminary test after that they will call you for next round mostly in their office. Trenser technologies visited the college last year and offered 10 placements to the CSE students with an annual package of LPA. Many other companies conducted recruitement online and the highest package was 4.5 LPA by Electrifex. Only a small number of students got placed last year attributing to the recessions and other factors in the industry.

Main events includes - Arts day, College day, Magazine day, Sports day and the annual techno cultural fest Lumiere. The food quality is decent as it is my domicile state there is no such bad experience about the food in the mess. The college assigns you to specific hostels during the admission if you opt it. Otherwise you can also live in PG available nearby at your own risk. The hostels and PGs are located around 1km from the college campus.
The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that
college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events, and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects, giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.
There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech. There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary
The faculity is generally experienced and supportive most students are satisfied. With the teaching clinical exposure. Facilities are friendly with the students. Regularly conducts class test and model exam to help students prepare for their studies and university examination. Faculties are high qualified and experienced
Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.
I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
As I'm a first year student I've not got information about the placement but there are so many placement options from South Indian Bank, icici bank and also from companies like deliotte etc The college has connection with many international companies too.
Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
