- I like the peaceful campus environment, supportative faculty, and well maintained infrastructure at SIAS . The classroom are smart and specious thr library ir resourcesful
Dislikes
- What i dislike is the limited placement opportunities and lack of industry exposure in some courses. While the infrastructure is decent. Also extracurricular activities coutbe more frequent and better organised
Remarks :
Iam very interested in studying this college. A friend of mine studied there. He used to tell me how to study there. I have passed my plustwo and that is why iam intrested in studying in this college. And the college is very beautiful to look at.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course at SIAS because it’s aligned with my career goals and offerde quality education at an affordable cost. The faculty are well qualified with most holding pg degrees UGC-NET or phds there teaching combines lecturers, presentations, and practical. The curriculum is updated especially after there college gained autonomy, allowing for industry relevant subjects and better academic planning. Terms exam are conducted on time with a moderate to high difficulty level, especially in science and technical courses
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Registration and admission fee rs 500-rs 6000 (varies by year) Caution deposit rs 1000- rs 2000 (refundble) Exam fee per semester rs 450-rs 500 Pta and university fee and union fee ?400-?550 Hostal fee ?6200 -?8000 Fee reportedly increased following autonomous status in 2024-2025 with semesters fees rising from ?18750- ?20000per semesters ( 37500-?40000per year) Older baches paid rs 30000 per year in 2014 wich rose to laterrs 60000 by later years So yes fees have been increased gradually over time especially after autonomy
Campus Life :
Life at SIAS is vibrant and balanced. The campus is peaceful with active club like with nss, ncc, literary club, film club and iedc. The main fest, SYNAPSE is held February and march with cultural and sports events. The library is good collection, it is very useful book are available in this college . Sports are all avtin this college like this cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, etc

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
