Remarks :
When I was in 12th, I had a lot of confusion about where to pursue my engineering. I chose MBM University, Jodhpur. The main factors that influenced my decision were its reputation, government status, affordable fee structure, experienced faculty, and strong alumni network. MBM is one of the oldest engineering colleges in Rajasthan e. The process was completely based on the JEE Main exam and centralized counseling conducted by Rajasthan Technical University Now, talking about the good and bad aspects of MBM. The good side is definitely the academic environment and recognition. The faculty members are highly qualified, and many of them are approachable if you show genuine interest in the subject. The library is well-stocked, and the labs have decent facilities. Also, the placement scenario is improving year by year, especially in branches like Computer Science, IT, and Civil Engineering.
Course Curriculum Overview :
When I decided to pursue engineering, I chose Civil Engineering at MBM University, Jodhpur because I wanted a branch that had both practical applications and long-term career opportunities. Civil engineering is directly connected with infrastructure development like bridges, roads, dams, and buildings – things we see and use every day. I felt that by choosing this course, I would not only secure a professional career but also contribute to society in a meaningful way. Another reason for choosing this course was MBM’s strong reputation in Civil Engineering, since the college has produced many successful civil engineers who are now working in top positions.The faculty members at MBM are highly qualified – most of them hold M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees from reputed institutes.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
When I took admission, the first-year fee was a bit higher because it included one-time charges like admission, registration, and caution money. From the second year onwards, the yearly fees were comparatively lower. First Year Tuition Fee: rs 25,000 Admission + Registration Fees: rs5,000 Caution Money (refundable): rs7,000 Development & Lab Fees: rs 6,000Other compulsory charges: ?3,000 Total (First Year): ~rs 46,000 Second Year onwards (per year): Tuition Fee: ?25,000 Development & Lab Fees: rs6,000 Other charges: rs 2,000–rs3,000 Total (per year): ~rs 33,000–rs 35,000 Complete Course Fees (4 years): Around ?1.5–1.6 lakhs for a General category student. The fee does increase slightly every few batches mainly in tuition or development charges. Fees by Category General/Management Quota: ~rs 1.5–1.6 lakhs (total 4 years) OBC: Slightly lower, around rs 1.2–1.3 lakhs
Campus Life :
Life at MBM University is honestly a mix of academics and a good dose of social experiences. When I first entered the campus, I felt a little nervous, but gradually I realized that the environment here is quite friendly and supportive. The campus culture is balanced – you get the space to focus on studies, but at the same time, there are enough activities, events, and groups to keep life interesting.One of the biggest highlights of our campus life is the college fest called “AAYAAM”, which is usually organized in the month of March. It is a cultural and technical fest that brings the entire campus alive. Students from different years participate in cultural programs, competitions, hackathons, and even informal fun events like singing, dancing, and drama. For those few days, the campus literally transforms into a celebration ground, and it creates some of the best memories of college life.there are also smaller departmental fests and technical events spread across the year.

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

The internship experience is provided by college . Many recruiters came for recruitments every year in all the streams. companies like HUL and FMCG groups take their fresh employees and provide experience of salary basis.

I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college
College life

Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.

As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
