ANDHRA UNIVERSITY (M.Sc Organic Chemistry)
Remarks :
This university has good infrastructure and good faculty members with good experience in their particular subjects and good Laboratories to do practicals .And nice campus and good Library and good classrooms.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because I have a huge intrest on organic chemistry and at the same time it has wide opportunities on msc organic chemistry.And evaru faculty member are complete their phd's and every faculty member has huge experience. Faculty: students ratio is 1:8.
Internships Opportunities :
There is an project work program in fourth semester in that semester you will visit the corresponding company based on your project which was given by your proffesor .And will do the project work. It will be done on the pharmaceutical companies
Placement Experience :
Placements are good in chemistry department there is 100 percent placement those who are complete their all the semester exams with minimum 60 percentage .And there is pharmaceutical companies and Education institutions are also come to university to select the students for their tutors.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure is per year 60000.And for my complete course it will be 120000.And my course is 2 years.And there is a fee reimbursement program which was provided by the sate government to local state students.
Campus Life :
Life at campus was really good. Because in every road you walk there is good plants. And there is no sound pollution. And it was very peaceful and comm.And infrastructure was good and classrooms are also good .And there is digital classes are also conducted in the classrooms.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel was good it will be ok to stay.it was not too bad.There are three members per room. Common washrooms are there.Hostel food was ok to eat not too bad.And After you get the admission you will show the admission letter to hostel office you will get the room.
Interview Experience :
There is an Entrance exam that is APPGCET which was conducted by sate government. Based on your rank in the entrance exam you will get the particular course. Only exam There is no other procedure. After you get the good rank there is a counselling process.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
