Remarks :
I chose MVSR Engineering College because of its good placements and to get seat into this college,I attempted TSEAMCET exam where I secured 9039 rank and applied for Mvsr and During the 1st counseling itself I got it.I used youtube for preparation.It has high placement rate and lecturers are very good.After I got a seat then they gave me a date to attend the college and I submitted all my documents and paid 12000/- for miscellaneous fee .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I liked the curriculum that they are following as it is prescribed by osmania university.It involved subjects like be,Java,c etc.For 8 sems we need to pay 6,00,000/- and for every sem we need to pay 2500/- under exam fee and for every year We have to pay 6500/- as miscellaneous fee.I got eamcet rank below 10,000 so if we get below this rank then there is no need to pay 6,00,000 rupees as govt will take care of it.
Internships Opportunities :
Mvsr does not provide any internship but we need to do internship for final semester.During the final semester they provide Cisco intership for which we need to pay around 2000/- rupees and it is around 1 month duration and at the end of the internship we will get internship certificate.
Placement Experience :
I think Mvsr provides very good number of placement opportunities.Avg number of placements are around 1200 to 1500 but the average package is about 4 lpa which is very less when compared with other colleges.
Campus Life :
I think Mvsr is very good at conducting fests and it's special fest is SANGAMAM which happens around November of every year.Its magical and awesome.There is a huge library where we can get any kind of books and Even they allow us to take them home.we have a very big playground where cricket and football matches are conducted but Mvsr is not very keen into sports.we even have college radio where anyone can participate and perform fun activities.Mvsr don't provide any hostel but we have many private hostels near by the college.Avg room rent is 5000/-.

I am still in my second year, so I havent sat for placements yet. But the college starts preparing us early with coding practice, projects, aptitude training, resume building sessions, and mock interviews. FRom interacting with seniors, I have heard that students who stay consistent with their skills get good opportunities

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
