- The best part is the infrastructure where a lake is present and the diversity of people you get or meet in the collage.
Dislikes
- There not so many things to dislike but I think the time table of classes.
Remarks :
- I have enrolled during corona so I selected on the basis of my 12th percentage. For admission the student must qualify 12th standard. There is no such entrance examination present but percentage vise scholarship is there. University placement is good but due to recession this year (2024) the placements was down as compared to past years.
Course Curriculum Overview :
-I belongs from science maths background that's why I want to pursue my studies in engineering field in a reputed university that's why I choose this university and this course. - The faculty members are well qualified and experienced in there respective domain. - There are two term exams present: Mid term examination and end term examination in each semester (total semesters 8 for btech). -The cost to study B.tech in CSE is around 8.5 lakh rupees and there is a scholarship applied for those students who have equal to or more than 75 % in 12th and the scholarship starts fr 25% for 75 % in 12th.
Internships Opportunities :
In prodesk it, my internship will start soon with stipend of 20k per month. - most of the companies starts with internship with the stipend of half the salary the student get in full time. - During internship, the companies provide project and deadline to the candidate on the basis of which further package will be decided.
Placement Experience :
-There is a good opportunity for placement available in Amity university. -The eligibility criteria depands on the company because the company which come for recruitment sets the eligibility criteria. Some companies criteria is 60% throughout, some has 70% with no backlog. It depends on company to company. - Companies like IBM, Prodesk IT, JTP, Hike education, mankind, tech mahindra etc. - Highest package is 41 lakhs, the average package is 3 to 10 lakhs. These packages are both for Tech and non tech jobs profiles. - Approximately, in a batch of 180 students more than 90 students get placed but because of recession this placement rate is down. - I am placed in Prodesk IT a noida based company with a package of 4.5 lakhs rupees as a frontend developer but in future I continue my career in this field.
Campus Life :
- There is a annual fest named as "Odyssey" held every year. This fest is of 3 days and in this many programs, functions and dj night is arranged. Also throughout the year many other program are held. - There is a central library present in the campus. - There is a sports event held named as " Sangthan" with many sport games and activities. - There a optional course present of NCC( National cadet corpes) and every student has to do a 1 week MTC (Military training Camp) is his or her final year. - There are some social clubs and. Groups present which are run by students like Yara. - Hostel fee is 65000 rs. Per years and there is a mess present in the campus. Also there are many nescafes and food courts present in the campus. Nearby the university, a town is there where many students live and the rent/pg is starting from 3000rs/ month.

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college

Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.

As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
