I have got a seat at Guru Nanak Institute of Technology in Computer science engineering (Artificial Intelligence and machine learning). I wrote an entrance exam called exit after my diploma and I got a 1313 rank so I decided to keep the GNIT as my web option after a few days I was allotted a seat in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
At Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, the faculty has a good experience they teach in a way students understand in an effective way they always try to explain the topics with real-life examples so that the students understand easily. the qualifications of assistant professors have m.tech and associate professor has Ph.D. they always complete the syllabus on time and they give assignments. the one thing about this college is they will provide a question bank which is very helpful for students to score good marks in the end examinations. the faculty are well disciplined they complete their work on time (teaching).

I undertook an internship through Coursera. This experience broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of software development. Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
