Remarks :
JNTUK is the main branch of Andra Pradesh engineering colleges, so I chose this college and having good faculty and environment, to achieve this college I prepared for the EAMCET exam and I attempted well. I secured the 18564 rank, the counseling process started and I'm fully passionate about the petroleum course in that point of view there are only two colleges in Andra Pradesh that have petroleum engineering courses so I chose this college and got a seat in the counseling process. This exam is based on intermediate math physics and chemistry
Course Curriculum Overview :
I'm very passionate about this course from intermediate onwards and the faculty of this college is not up to mark, and not have good explanation skills hey get a ppt and just read that ppt, exams held for every 5 months one semester is held and exams are very tough and correction also very tough if we prepare well we can write well, cost of the study is very low. 10000 rupees only and from the government we get scholarships like Jagan anna vidya deevena worth 10000
Internships Opportunities :
I have completed an internship at Oil and gas corporation (ONGC) Rajumundry asset in the directional drilling field and I didn't get any stipend for that internship. There is a project for the final year and I have done my project in the aspect of horizontal water flooding.
Placement Experience :
So many companies have come to our colleges and even I have been placed in TCS, cognizant, and Accenture. The highest package for our batch is 32LPA and most of the students get placed but with low packages like 3.25, 4, and 4.5LPA. Being a petroleum engineer I'm not interested in software field so I decided to wait for the petroleum field jobs
Campus Life :
Every year om March 2nd week, there will be a fest. The fest is conducted at a high level and the whole college in our state is invited and a lot of students participate in this fest and the library is the best part of our college, we have the biggest library in India and almost all books are available in our library, infrastructure and classroom also maintained very well, hostel also well maintained and monthly around 2300 is the bill for hostel it is very reasonable with very good food, quality and quantity is very nice and process for getting college hostel is to register your name and pay caution amount of 10000 in hostel office

Placement Experience :
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.
Placement Experience :
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
