- College is decent with only 300 intake every year so that there will be no much croud.
- The faculty is very good and friendly so that they help students to explore more.
Dislikes
- College ground is very small so that all students cannot play at the same time
- There is no much place for the students to get interacted.
Remarks :
This is a very good college affiliated with VTU, the advantage is that it has a common placement with R V College of Engineering which is a tier 1 college in Karnataka so that the students get the best placement. To get admission to this college it's possible with management quota, KCET, and COMEDK. For KCET the cutoff for BE in Computer Science and Engineering is around 9000 and for BE in Information Science and Engineering is around 12000 and for BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering is around 18000. For COMEDK the cutoff for BE in Computer Science and Engineering is around 7000 and for BE in Information Science and Engineering is around 8000 and for BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering is around 9000 in the year 2023.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This is the best college and the teachers are very friendly and they also help to do many projects and to score a very good score in the exams as all the lecturers hold doctorates. The college follows the VTU schedule as it's afflicted with VTU. The cutoff will be reduced very fast as it's getting very good results and also good placements and the fees will be increased by 10% in the following year. There is no scholarship given by the college, Karnataka students get the SSP scholarships from the state government.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship opportunities will start in the 5th semester of the course and there are many opportunities top companies like Amazon, Wipro, Google, etc give internship opportunities and if they work well they will get placement in the same companies as well.
Placement Experience :
The placements will be held in R V College of Engineering as there is a combined placement for both colleges. The placements and internships will start in the 3rd year of the course but students have to work hard to compete with V College of Engineering students as there is a combined placement with them. The highest package is 40Lpa in the year 2023 and the average package is around 10-12Lpa and 95% of students got placement.
Campus Life :
The campus life is decent and you will enjoy it as there is only 300 intake every year, but the ground is very small so that all the students cannot enjoy it at the same time. There will be many fests held and the biggest is 'The Sambrama' which will be held every year and there are many clubs for the students to explore more. The hostel is not on campus, it's around 2 km from the college, and the bus facility is there.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
