NIT Surat : From JEE to Placements

- Campus life is also good as the college is situated in the city.

- The infrastructure is poor and needs improvement
- The administration involvement in student matters
Remarks :
Based on my JEE result I was planning to join a NIT and one of the branches electrical or electronics and based on the placement data and closeness to my home I chose this college, the percentile i scored ,was 96.7 and closing percentile for EE was around 96, and I secured my branch in the 2nd round of JOSAA counselling
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties here are good, and currently the New Education Policy has been adopted here which makes the course curriculum even better in this college as of now, and there are 2 major exams every semester, mid sems and end sems, and almost all the faculties here are Phd qualified, total fees for the college is 480000 and hostel fees around 34000 per year and mess fees around 38000 per year.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for any internship but there are internship opportunities available in our college during the summer break of two months and the compulsory internship in final semester, companies like LNT, TVS offer intern opportunities in my branch
Placement Experience :
The placements and internship here is offered by the Training and placement cell in our college, and big recruiters like NVIDIA, Texas Instruments also visits our college, highest package offered is around 4500000 in on campus placements and placement percentage stands around 80.
Campus Life :
Social life here is good, as there are many clubs in our college such as Phoenix Racing, Drishti, CHRD, coding clubs like GDSC and ACM, respective department clubs, and we have our annual cultural fest named SPARSH and Technical fest named MINDBEND which were conducted in March this year.

The placements for M. Pharmacy is 90% lj ip is the best college in the Ahmedabad for pharmacy, commerce, class room etc the placements is too good in lok jagruti institute of pharmacy the placements for commerce is also good

They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

Placement Experience :
No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.

Plans after course generally comprise of of masters, as there is saturation of jobs in B. Pharm market, and masters help in skill development and making students employable in the industry as well as education.

Course Curriculum Overview :
All the faculties in the teaching staff are well qualified and give really good guidance for the curriculum and practical knowledge for each and every subject. The faculties also encourage participation in various extra curricular activities to enhance social networking and other skills.

Curriculum is well structured. The faculty members are also very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we need guidance they are always ready to help and exams are taken may times in one sem like we have mid sem 1 and 2 and internal practical and external practical and final end semester exam.

I havent got any job offer or placement from this University because i m a Diploma student but i will definitely try to search by myself for the job opportunities.I would rather handle my home business may be an 9 to 5 Job.
Experience at L.D College
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
